13I love the food, but the service at this location is horrible. No matter if I worder there, through the app, or on door dash, it takes 30 minutes before my food is ready. And the staff is lazy too.
Ordered Door Dash and was missing part of my order, the employee or manager (not sure which one) was extremely rude!
She spoke to me very condescending and I will not order from this location again.
It’s a shame because we live right up the street from this location. My order was $45, you would think they would be kinder since they are in customer service.
Not very welcomed to dine-in. Lunchtime yet we had to take our chairs off the table tops. Not cup lids or napkins available. Food was good but it was obvious that drive thru customers were the priority.
Manager and one team member working, and took our order, prepared the food efficiently and in a very timely manner, and were very friendly and helpful! We we definitely return to this location to enjoy this tasty treat!
Ordered two beef burritos supreme and got bean burritos I won't be going back there again
I didn’t eat here because I have a vehicle that doesn’t fit in the drive through and their dining room wasn’t open, at 12: 30 in the afternoon.

This place is a joke 45min for my order dining room closes wasted my entire lunch waiting for my food
I purchased fries and they were so fresh. I bought two orders of them. I'm going back and get that steak bowl.
Placed an order in the app for a breakfast crunchwrap this morning. Went to pick it up. Doors were locked. Went to the drive thru. Employee couldn't find my order at first. Then she found it, but said they didn't have the ingredients to make it. It was 10: 30 AM. Wasted 20 minutes. Always a terrible experience at this TB.
My order is always exactly what I ask for, which doesn't always happen at other locations.
They took forever and the food was pretty gross. Even by fast food standards. The guy at the window was on his phone the whole time, and was very short with us.
This place just keeps going farther down hill will not be coming back bad service food is always cold cheese not even melted on quesadillas every time I have been at this location it has been a terrible experience
Wanted to have dinner here last week BUT the doors were locked at 8pm. Tried again tonight and was able to get in and order. Waited 15min for my food. Then when I got home I was missing two burritos. Avoiding this place from now on
