Taco Bell, Wintersville OH

Food Is NEVER right! Get hard shell tacos and the shells are ALWAYS broke into pieces to where you can’t even pick it up. Taco Bell is my favorite but this one is quickly making me not a fan

Waited in store for 2and half hrs for order acting manager left an hour in when store was slammed and went to Steubenville store to help them he shouldn't be management they gave my order out window to someone else twice only a few helpful people work there Andrea should be manager she was helpful and finally figured out what was going on they gave me my food for free and some coupons for free taco with next order I passed them out in lobby cause I ain't going back

Food isn't bad.you just don't get any MEAT on your orders. It's like a teaspoon of beef on the tackle and half a teaspoon of sour cream. Never use to be like that.

I've never had such sweet people at a Taco Bell drive through. I had just worked an 11 hour shift n stopped omw home at midnight to grab something to eat. They had my tacos made perfectly and neatly even and even got my pupper a bowl of steak. Awesome people work at this location.

As we all know, that live in Wintersville if you try to go through Taco Bell in the morning. It is never a good thing period
Every once in a while, I will try going through to get breakfast. And there employees are always standing around outside the building, smoking cigarettes. This morning I asked them if they were open and some girl lady started yelling at me that they were open and that I pulled away too quick and I sat by the window and waited 4 minutes.

We stop here about once a week on mondays around Noon. Food is always made really well and everyone is really nice so we keep coming back.

I order a couple things and a drink had to ask for someone to come from the back so I could pay with cash.not one thing I ordered was right I got a burrito with nothing but lettuce cheese and sour cream I mean come on where the beef people? I had other things ordered too and nothing was made right or it was really sloppy. BEST OF ALL I spilled my own drink and was handed a mop when I ask to assistance cause I spilled it. THE MANAGER went in the back handed the boy a mop to give to me to mop the lobby area I accidently spilled my drink in. I mean I need to be on the payroll now. Basically I have never seen such a poor excuse for a manager as I did that night.and I did mop it up only cause I was concerned someone would get hurt. Unlike them cause they never came out to finish it and when we were leaving an hour later the floor was still wet I cleaned up the best I could and the manager and the entire staff minus one was standing out side while the drive thru line was 4 deep. WOW! What service. I went here often and cause they were always pretty good but after tonight I drought I will ever go back, I do not recommend you go there either or if you do check your food, pay with your card not cash to get you food/ order at least acknowledged, and for goodness sake DONT ever spill a drink you will have to clean up after yourself.

People with large orders should have to go wait in the parking lot and let the people who got quick orders go

We know what we are getting at Taco Bell. Love the cheesy potatoes. Usually takes about 42 burritos to fill me up though. Service was fast and friendly.

This is the best taco bell location around. They always make my food perfect. The staff is the greatest.

Mobile order was set to pickup in store because they ALWAYS mess it up. I got there and the door was locked. Okay fine, I'll go through the drive through. They claimed they didn't have the order even though I had it pulled up on the app and already paid for at this specific location.

Finally it's "found". They gave me someone else's mobile order. It wasn't my name or order number. I went back again and they remade my order but still messed it up! I tell them I have an allergy and they still put that on the items in the order, even after asking them and verifying numerous times that it's "not on there". They didn't have water either and were giving out cans of pop instead. They probably should tell people that during the order phase, not ask if it's okay at the pickup step when it's paid for.

Always good value but at night it can take a really long time for food. I understand they maybe shorted staffed.

I've only been to taco bell one time, in the 80's when my town opened one.
I was in the drive thru for more than an hour and got food poisoning so bad I ended up in the hospital.

Stopped in after attending a concert in Pittsburgh. It was about a mile off the road. We were on. Easy to find, it was like midnight, so totally understandable that they probably had one or two people working and it's impossible to be fast so that may be expected. First Mexican pizza since it was canceled and brought back. Was pretty solid but all the tacos were like soggy and falling apart for some reason.
