Taco Bell, Holland OH

I just brought 8 teenagers into this location and put all their meals on one order. 100% correct and pretty quick. Nice work whoever is working 11/11 around 2pm.

Fun staff obviously not the best food because it taco bell but it was really good. Always great consistency

This is one of those drive thrus where once you’re in it you are trapped by a curb. It is also the slowest drive thru on the face of the planet.

This location has other problems as well. They frequently close the dining room at weird hours so you’re forced to go through the aforementioned terrible drive thru to pick up your order. Wait in a long line for an order that is already done.

No consistency in food quality, hours of operation, or customer service. Food order is 50/50 if you get the quality standards supposed to be there fie even Taco Bell. Worst of all, you never know if they're open. 4pm on a Tuesday closed, no signage, nothing posted, even drive through closed. This has been a concern for a long time. This place should be closed down and replaced by a Taco John's.

I love taco bell, but this location has so many problems with whether or not it's open. It's extremely unreliable. And I don't care about their staffing issues - it's been years, figure out a solution already! Adapt! Maybe treat your people right, and pay them better, and they'll stick around. Then decide if you're going to be open or not, or if your lobby is going to be open or not. If you're not going to let someone come in and take their time without clogging up your drive-through, then put up a sign or something at least!

I wrote a 1 star review 6 months ago. Service sucked due to what seemed like mismanagement. Now? Service is really fast. They seem focused and helpful. Stop by! Things have improved a lot there!

Last 3 times I was there, didn't get food. First had a hand written piece of paper on order box "mobile orders only". Then 2 times the drive thru was coned off, before 9pm. This was over a 2 month period not construction or equipment fail. What happened to "open late" and "fourth meal". I guess you better eat your fourth meal by 6pm if your lucky. I'm done with the frustration, their food isn't worth it.

Taco bell.not much to say, you like it or you don't. I do. You know what you're going to get, and the price is right. Atmosphere (I eat in my car or take it home)

This Taco Bell isn’t even in the ghetto, and it’s ghetto. Idk if they’re outsourcing, or just finding the cess pool of Holland, Ohio to work there, but the place is a joke. You can’t even eat there, they close at 8 or 9 every night and half the time their online hours don’t even match when they’re closed. The lobby was closed that’s the only reason why I gave it 4 stars otherwise the food and associates were great! Visit the Taco Bell at 7030 Orchard Centre Dr.in Holland off of Airport Highway! Good food and service! I didn’t take a photo because I was busy and hungry normally I don’t eat at Taco Bell but I went there at the beginning of lunchtime and to my surprise it was good. So check it out around 11 am or a little after. I don’t know about the evening but lunchtime yes.

Unacceptable. Website and app listed open until 10pm. Placed a mobile order, Showed up at 745 and was told they close at 7. The app did not recognize the store was closed, and took my money despite being closed. I feel scammed.

Slow. Second time in a row I left the drive through line from waiting too long to place my order.

Unprofessional location. They close the lobby at 5: 30pm and force all Doordash’s to go through the drive thru, resulting in all Doordash orders waiting between 20-40mim and becoming cold upon pickup at the window. This creates a precedent that customers of not only Doordash but Taco Bell as well can suffer from instances of food borne illness, opening the company to liability. As a Doordash driver, I report all restaurants who hand me cold food at the pickup window which has been sitting for over an hour to the State of Ohio’s Food licensing commission agency as well as to Taco Bell corporate tip line. You make me wait 40mim for NOTHING, which gives me plenty of time to do my reporting. Because F you…

Off work at 10pm. Waited in drive through 39 minutes. Not a single vehicle moved. 6 vehicles ahead of me. Stuck in line still no food available

I had and order placed for instore pick I waited close to 40 minutes for the food. I asked about 20 minutes into waiting if I could cancel my order to which the worker responded that the didn’t see my order so I just have already canceled it (I did not) ; and was never asked if there was anything else they could help me with as I continued to stand at the counter. Overall experience and service has the worst I have had at Taco Bell. Wound not recommend this location!
