Taco Bell, London OH

Getting alot better then it was a year or two ago. My orders are correct and better team members.

Tried to go through the drive thru and was told to hold on a few they was trying to get caught up. No problem. About 5 minutes later a young man said we all almost to you. OK lady behind me in line said what did they say and how long you been in line. I said about 10-12 minutes. A lady comes on the drive thru speaker and said you can leave if you have a problem. Horrible customer service and I was prepared to wait. They closed the wrong London Taco bell. We will not be back. Close that one also!

This location is always slammed which is a good sign but sad they can't get more help. I waited in the drive through for 25 min trying to get my grandma tacos for her dinner. She enjoyed her 3 taco supremes, they were made with care but the service was just really slow. Dining room and drive thru were backed up when I was there and only 2-3 people inside working.

Fast, friendly and probably the best portion sizes of any taco bell we have visited, and we have traveled across the country for years eating at Taco Bell. This is probably the best

Don't eat there all they hire is meth heads and heroin addicts the store is dirty the food is nasty you're better off getting food from a trap house, it would probably be a better place to eat if they would get rid of the riff raff they got working in their

The person working the window was AMAZING! Most polite worker I have ever come across! I believe his name was Stephen.it was around 11 or midnight

Made the MISTAKE of going inside to eat on my lunch break - instead of going through the drive thru. First it took almost 5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me standing there. I ordered 1 Taco salad, that's all, nothing else. It took another 11 minutes for them to make my order. I asked a few times about my order and was told they were very busy because of the drive thru orders.
Now my question is this.
Isn't my money and time just as important and valuable as anyone else's?
There was no apology for my wait either. I then had to eat my taco salad at each red light I came to because I didn't have time to sit down and enjoy my lunch inside.
It's a SHAME that customers who choose to eat inside don't get the recognition and service they deserve!

Again, due to employee shortage, service times are longer than before covid, SMH. But recently the chicken chalupas have been very good!

This is one of the worst Taco Bell stores around Ohio. The employee's are very rude and lazy. They will look at you, then ignore you at the register. If you talk to them they then tell you rudely that you must use the kiosk to place an order. The food is middle of the road for a Taco Bell.

I ordered a $1.99 nacho fry (the only thing I ordered) and this is what I received. Ummm.

I honked the horn for the young lady to ignore me, honked again and then she opened the window. I said "this isn't even full. I paid $1.99 for this. "

Instead of being a problem solver, she responds "I don't make them. " With attitude.

I ask for the manager and he approaches hastly, with literally "what's the problem? " (Your service is obvious a problem, not only this greedy pitch of half filled fries.for $1.99.)

I gave a 2 star only bc they gave me a full fry.

But not a good experience at all.

Do better please.

If the guy walking around playing on his would have acknowledged I was standing at the counter I might have ordered but after 10 minutes of watching drive thru make food and watching a guy walk around the kitchen and play on his phone I left without ordering. I should have listened to my coworkers when they told me that it was a disaster to even try and go there. I won't make they mistake again.

I sat in the parking lot watching my show, eating my food I just bought here, getting a second away from the house. Right around the hour mark when my show was ending, one of the staff literally comes outside to check on my car like I’m doing something wrong. Before that I kept seeing them peep out the window at me like concerned hens looking at a fox though the fence. Ridiculous. Food was good though. But they did ruin the climax of my episode. Lolol.

Went into eat dinner stood at the counter with my brother waiting almost 10 min the one employee obviously in break said they will be rt with you after several min and several other employees looking at us one looked turned his back and walked away so we walked out and went to a real restaurant after that los down the street where we were seated and order was taken with in t3 to 5 min 100% would not recommend going to this Taco Bell the employees worry more about the drive thru than their inside customers
