I love taco bell and when I get to craving it I'll stop and order the same thing multiple times a week. Such as I did over the weekend and into this week. This store is currently under construction so the wait times for food is atrocious. We waited in the drive thru for 45 mins and when we got our food several items were missing. I called them and explained what happened and they told me to come back and they'd fix it. Which they did. I wouldn't say it was fixed quickly but it was fixed and the young lady who took my receipt to the line to have it remade was super sweet and friendly. I know these people are stressed af and under staffed and under paid. This isn't a poor review of anyone with in the store. But just how does the company expect to handle a rush with only 3 people in the kitchen? Especially with the drivethru being down to 1 window. They need to do better by their staff. I've worked at tacobell before and I know what they go thru. The only time we saw that few people in our kitchen was the late nights crew. Once the lovby closed we went to 3 people till 3am. There's no reason for that to be the case in the middle of the day

Lobby is closed heavens why no sigh saying that that is closed

Then they take for ever
They pad the timer in drive thru by taking order then don't take another one till the previous order is out the window

I'll go out of my way to come to this location, rather than going to the two others close by. They keep their dining room clean. The employees are generally polite and do their jobs well, and if they make a mistake they fix it, without getting aggravated at you about it. Didn't catch his name, but the guy making food with green hair was awesome about correcting his mistake and not being mad about remaking food. I appreciate that, especially after a long day. I don't want to argue over something easy to fix.

We just sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes and never moved. It turns out they must be closed on a Sunday at noon!

Drive thru purchase. The cashier working the drive up window never spoke to us at all. Not even a Hi. I thanked her each time she handed me my items and she said nothing. When we had our order she closed the window without saying a word. This was some seriously poor customer service.
We won't go back again.

[mid-2023] The last five times I stopped at this location, I went to the door and found it locked. I simply returned to my car and left.

It was a rush hour thing took 30 min to even get to order. Food was good but rushed. Kind of sloppy wrapping on a few.

Love working here my GM n Boss are amazing the mangers are too, the employees are great n are food is on point

Had ordered the volcano combo and 3 hard tacos with chicken instead of beef. And an extra volcano taco. They said they ran out of volcano sauce so w asked for nacho cheese to replace it. We were charged for the cheese but didn't mind. Only 1 taco had the nacho cheese, but all 5 tacos had barley any lettuce or cheese, was barley filled at all basically, low amount of meat. We checked the bag and saw all the items and tacos seemed full but then got home and after taking a bite we saw they were very empty. Not happy about paying for food to have modifications not met at least with the store having a missing item, and for the 5 tacos to be about empty. By the time we returned they had closed early.

I ordered food for pickup in store at 10: 50 am and when I arrived they locked the doors. This has happened twice. I haven't received my food or a refund. Don't waste your lunch break trying to get food here.

Every time no matter day or night this place has the most unhappy, hate my job attitude employees. They get mad if you correct your order at the window. Drive thru is always long and then rushed sadly.

Ordered drive through and my taco I ordered was all through the bag and grease and went through bag and unable to eat it.

We went to this taco bell location after the Street Outlaws NPK RACING AT NATIONAL TRAILWAYS.it was almost 1230 am when we got there.huge line.and they close at 1 am.fast service and excellent fresh correctly made food

I went at 1 in the morning right after I got out of work. My expectations weren't high. That being said, the staff was friendly and engaging, the food was neatly made, hot and fresh. All in all a much better experience than what I was expecting.

This is one of the best Toco bells I've been to clean friendly and food is done rite

My order was all correct and fresh, this location is almost never packed when I come for food. Great employees and great food.
