Taco Bell, Springfield OH

Bean burritos were barely larger than the palm of my hand and mostly just dough. I paid $3.00 for extra onion and only found a few little pieces. Tacos were flat with maybe a teaspoon full of meat. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again!

Placed a door dash order, everything was made PERFECTLY. Which we know rarely happens most places. Everything was delicious, fresh, generous portions. 10/10 to the crew working tonight! Thanks for a yummy dinner

Ordered online excimeal deal, well money was taken for order 24.99 and then Taco bell Derr Rd said they never received my order

Not sure why Taco Bell is labeled as fast food. No one in the restaurant and I still waited 20 mins for a order.

Dined in, waited 20 minutes for our order. Ordered a nacho bellgrande (everything else was fine except this) they put it in a box. I opened the box found a ball of hair in it, went back up to the counter & told them. At first everything was fine, just wanted it replaced. Until I noticed the older woman working the window laughing and shaking her head yes at the lady that took the hairy belle grande they quickly gave it back. Confused why they were acting like that went back to our table opened the box & the ball of hair was STILL IN THE FOOD! All they did was add more toppings to it & put it in a new box! DISGUSTING! We left the Belle grande on the table, their lazy behinds can clean it up themselves!

I just left this location. ZERO STARS

They wont serve you in the Lobby. They wont even acknowledge you are there. They are too busy dropping F bombs in the back and speaking negative about customers who are currently in the drive thru. The person with all the open uncovered face piercings making food said "Oh well F em" when another employee brought up they left out food of the previous order and messed the current one up. I couldn't believe what the workers were saying in front of other customers. I cant imagine what they say or do when customers cant see or hear them.

The longer I stood there without anyone saying anything to me, the more I felt disrespected. I just wanted some Taco Bell. The only reason I left the house was to eat here and this location failed me. I am a combat veteran and I go to this location frequently. Ive overlooked things in the past but this is unacceptable. There was one car in the drive thru when I got back in the parking lot so they were not busy at all.

The physical location was dirty and felt "sticky". Its definitely a direct representation of the employees working there. Dirty and nasty. I wont be back to this location.

The staff working Saturday 09/16/23 @7: 00 P. M.need to trained on preparing and serving the food the customers order. The food was not what I ordered and what I got tasted horrible.

They were out of something we ordered, but they were very helpful in making my son happy even though they didn't have what he wanted! They were all so nice!

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and this location is known to give me a chicken quesadilla instead of cheese. So of course I did what any customer would do when they've had their order messed up. I pulled it out to check it! Oh there was no chicken for a change.but let me tell you what I got! A not even cooked tortilla filled with cheese. And because the cheese wasn't melted.it flew all over my car! I took it back in and asked for a manager and was ignored! The manager finally came.and let's just say I understand why her employee at the window was rude to me when I asked to clarify my order.he got it honestly! I've had bad service before.however, this takes the cake!

Inconsistent! Food is rarely made the way it's supposed to be and the restaurants are not very clean

The drive thru service had such a great attitude. We were smiling when we left. Turned our day around. The food was hot. The cheese always amazing. 5stars today

I'm done wasting money by not getting my right order. It seems simple.give customers what they order. I'll drive to Bechtle.

Waited 20 minutes listened to the staff complain about not making money and was completely ignored. Never was acknowledged or waited on. Will not go back.

Went into this taco bell on derr road Friday, may 5,2023 @ 6pm. The tall young man that took my order was extremely rude! He didn't listen to my order and made me say it again, almost as if on purpose so I'd leave. Was very strange. Then, he was dancing in front of the cash register, on purpose, to try to get a reaction out of customers. He should be fired! PLEASE, DO NOT RUIN THIS TACO BELL WITH HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES!

Where do I even start? They did NOTHING right on my order. My daughters order was supposed to be no lettuce and no cheese. There was lettuce and cheese. My crunch wrap was supposed to just be no tomato. It had no tomatoes but also had no lettuce. My Fiancé ordered her burrito grilled. The burrito was not grilled and was terribly put together. The baja blast was even diet baja blast! Terrible experience at this location tonight.

Never get an order correct and always missing food. Total of three customers went in to order still every item was wrong and missing food. DONT GO

Got our order all messed up got extra toppings and got none and no meat cheese sour cream tomatoes nothing? Highly wouldn't recommend any taco bell anymore Highly dissatisfied oh and don't bother calling they act like you want to drive back out

Tonight 4/10/23 we got a mix party pack of soft and hard tacos. We asked for no lettuce on our items and the below picture will show what you get when you ask to customize your meal

We ordered dine in. The cruchwrap Supreme were barely warm. The service was extremely slow. They kept asking what we ordered. They pay more attention to the drive through order and online order. If you dine in you wait and wait. Will not be going back.
