Taco Bell, Zanesville OH

I ordered nacho fries and a beefy melt burrito… I live not even ten minutes from it and my cheese for fries only filled half the cup my nacho fries were cold and also the meat on my beefy melt burrito was cold! I prefer morning shift more than eating night here cause everything is not cold.

Ordered two crunch wraps. Tasted good until about half way through and the most god awful taste popped up. Definately not palletable.

The slowest people ever will have you waiting 20 minutes inside before they r even start making your food took care

I ordered food via the mobile app on 12/5/2023. Part of my order was missing, the food that I did receive was not made as ordered. I had to go inside the store to get it corrected.

I let the cashier know I had an issue with my order and she relayed the issue to the back. The blonde female worker in the back accusingly stated "I made everything, where did it go!? !? ! " Part of my order was sitting on the counter, not given to me at the drive-thru.

As I stood at the counter, my order was remade and handed out the window to someone at the drive-thru. My food had to be remade again. I spent over 30 minutes waiting at the counter for my order to be corrected.

To the one guy in the back that was actually concerned with my issue, I appreciate you.

Why can’t you guys get anything correct. Pay extra for supreme tacos and you get regulars, get the wrong food, missing food, extra unwanted ingredients. Honestly a joke

I understand that they are short staff there is employees not in proper uniforms no hats or or hair nets

We stood at the counter for five minutes, saw five employees behind the counter and one outside smoking, everyone of them looked at us and didn't bother to say so much as we will be with you in a minute, we walked out and went to Burger King where they took our order in a timely fashion

Great Job to the 10pm Taco Tuesday Crew! Went thru drive thru and had great service, great friendly staff that was all working hard to get all the drive thru, Mobile Order, lobby, and door dash orders out as fast as possible! Great Team!

Spent 35 minutes waiting for my food order inside, then they hand me my bag of food to food to feed 4 people all in the same bag, it falls to the floor and employees just walk away, spent another 10 minutes standing there waiting for someone to come up front so I can get new food. They remake it and it’s all wrong… could definitely tell no management was in the building, one of the employees were wearing slippers the rest just plain out rude. Will never return back.

I was there a few days ago. I ordered $25 worth of food. I even tipped the lady $20 extra because she was so nice when taking the order. However, when I got home I had three tacos and a potato with cheese. I was very disappointed! I don't want to be that guy that stops and checks his bag when leaving the restaurant. I doubt I will go back to this Taco Bell

Ordered a 5 layer a crunch wrap and 3 Supreme tacos. Made it home and was given 2 regular tacos and a bean burrito and no crunch wrap to be seen. Had to go back the 12 miles to get. Super sad experience. Will update.

They rang up the wrong item, then gave us the wrong item.had to drive back to get order fixed.

It's so hit or miss here, like the service is fine, polite am of that. It's just the app is constantly failing. Then there's the taco we got.we just prefer black bean vegetarian tacos and they made one.with like four beans! A literal four bean black taco

Yesterday, I was going to try two Cinnabons. I ordered through the drive -thru. They go on to ask me if I will round up for some scholarship. I proceed to tell them sure if I can have a scholarship application. The guy responded with you have to work here. Okay, whatever. I wait in line. I finally proceed to the window. I hand the cashier my $2.00 she hands it back me and says they didn't know they didn't have any.
