Taco Bell, North Canton OH

The food and service was SO much better than it was a year ago. I stopped going to this location due to the consistently rude service and poorly made food. The husband and I loved our chicken quesadillas.

I don't even know how you guys managed to pull this off. The one thing I ever dread going to a taco bell, is finally getting a grilled burrito that is cold in the middle. Seriously it's like they took the chicken out of the walk-in and put it in my burrito to cook it because the hot outside was grilled crispy. I don't even need a refund. I will head up to belden village street.

Update there is a new manager and she is amazing. She made me smile and the food was amazing.

I hadn't found a good taco bell in ohio until I found this location.there food tastes amazing and was hot, and the worker there was super kind and nice, this location is a 10/10!

This place is dirty and everything is coved in grease. The staff do not care or even acknowledge customers. The food is subpar even for Taco Bell. Really disappointing.

The only good thing I can say about this location is the friendliness of the staff. At night they are soooo slow. 37 minutes in the drive thru. Always over 30 minutes if it’s at night. Tostada shells taste like what I would imagine mildew tastes like. They are so incredibly slow, it’s very frustrating. Please give them more night staff! I just want my tacos

Tried the 5 layer beefy burrito for the first time. It has everything I wanted on it and nothing I didn't like. Beef, nacho cheese, cheddar cheese, beans, and sour cream. No onions, lettuce, or tomatoes. I'm shocked that it tasted so good!

I also discovered the North Canton location offers breakfast in the morning even though it's not advertised on their sign.

Drive 2 miles to another taco bell. The order is wrong more times than not, and the quality of the food is 50/50 at best

We waited in the drive thru for a long time. My crunchy tacos were crushed and broken. I didn't really have interaction with the staff. The prices are high for taco bell. I might just try to make it at home.

Was inside for a good few minutes, there were about 5 people in front of me. Kept waiting and watching the crew serve car after car. About 5 cars later, still no one to take an order. Find out the people in front of me were also waiting to order. Why? You have 2 people working the window.one one of the busiest area and you can't keep up with service. Sad actually.

Shane was very nice, great customer service, and friendly personality. My burrito was also very good.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL! I have lived 1 block away from this location for over 3 years and the service has never been as bad as it is right now. We have waited in the drive thru for over an hour on some nights because the service is that slow. If you pull up to the drive thru after 10pm they will tell you that you will have to wait 10-15 minutes to order? !? ! That’s ridiculous! It’s obvious they have a hard time keeping employees let alone customers. I would hate working hear more than I do waiting 40 minutes for FAST FOOD!

Food tasted good, just was prepared really messy. The quesadilla was not cut and sauce had leaked into the bag because it was folded in half and place opening side down. Staff seemed nice.

Ordered online and still took a half hour to pick it up. Food is horrible and overpriced. They cannot get an order complete, had to ask for my drinks that I ordered, got home and no sauces and no cinnamon twists (again). I really do wonder what those twist things taste like, cuz this is the 3rd time I've ordered and paid for them, only to get home and not have them. I was a fan of taco bell about ten years ago, but I won't spend any money there ever again. And the staff is incredibly rude!

This place is so dirty and the food is terrible. The booths are broken and falling apart. My shoes stuck to the floor from being so sticky. I dined in and ordered hush-puppies and they were hard as a rock and so greasy. Also got the new volcano burrito and it was so dry. Almost no cheese or sour cream. For the price they want to charge that's ridiculous. It's conveniently close to me but I will have to drive to another location. This place sucks!
