Taco Bell, Burbank OH

So amazing! Just came through the line and yet again, the employees are all so nice and go out of their way for customers. This has become the household favorite Taco Bell, even when we leave work we will go only to this Taco Bell.

Been in the service industry for 10 years. This taco bell provided unarguably the best customer service I've ever had. Not just for fast food, but service industry in general. And after midnight no less.

Kinda fired me for literally no reason literally no reason I left when I was scheduled and got fired for it

The mangers of this store don’t know how to properly run it, they constantly have workers under 18 working until closing. This place isn’t a safe environment for any that want to work here or eat, not to mention i asked one of the employees how much they make an hr, and it’s pretty sad that there are employees working there making $12/hr and putting in 40+ hr weeks. When i received my order majority of it was wrong, and the food i got that was correct were in the wrong wrappers.

This location is relatively new, but everytime I've been here the service has been excellent and the food well prepared. It's usually late in the evening when I visit this location and the workers are always polite and courteous. It's a bit out of the way from my local Taco Bell, but the extra few minutes is well worth it for the quality and effort they put into their work.

Do not come here after 8pm. Slowest drive thru I’ve been in with only three cars in front of me. It’s now down to one but I’ve been here for 20 minutes. I’ve put my car in park each time I move up because it takes that long. Trust me, avoid this place at night. Just got to the window and there’s 5 people in the kitchen. I don’t understand the slowness. At least my order was correct.

Taco Bell you've disappointed me today got home half of my food was missing tried calling the store and no one answered the phone the food I did get was completely wrong and cold I would probably give zero stars if I could

Constantly leaves off topping you pay extra for! Or it's a mess when it's assembled. 70% of the people making the food don't care what they give you!

Have had several orders with missing items, or items made wrong. Food is good otherwise, just double check your order before you leave.

This location is decently clean and the staff are very nice and respectful. I have never had any issues with the food quality here and they always get my order correct. Overall, I would recommend this location more then most and I have always been pleased.

The friendliest taco bell I've ever been in. Greeted as soon as I walked in.took my order right away. Food was ready and hot in a flash.ty

I love these smaller town taco bells, they are always super clean. Service is always great food is always perfect. I could tell my food was treated extra special because it was so well wrapped and prepared and given to me with a smile. Great job!

Service was great, food perfect, prices food, overall great. Dine-in menus were not on, but it was fine. Highly recommend.

Useless employees! Can not even read a screen to make an order right! But they want more pay. Next time the Manger should actually do their job and hire decent people. And double check their reading abilities. What a joke

Ordered git home and was missing a bag of food, took the 15 min ride back to get rest of food, manager made right
