Taco Bell, Warren OH

1 star because I had to. Says online that they open at 8am. I waiting in the drive thru line untill 830 and nothing

Service was awesome! Food was delicious, My favorite was the nacho fries for sure lol, that grilled chicken $2 burrito is very spicy though lol.

When I started ordering food they just stop talking then I pulled up to the window and the people that were working could see me. So I had to wakt about 10 minutes before someone came and help. I normally never peave bad post but they definitely deserved it

This Taco Bell was nasty and I mean look at the pictures. I called there and a woman said she was a general manager and that just made it worse. She continued to tell me that I needed to bring my food back that night in order to get refunded and I was on my way to work. I proceeded to tell her about the nacho bell grande and how there was a scoop of beans on one side and she said maybe the bag tilted sideways. I can't make this up on how bad this meal was and how ignorant to the fact that the said general manager who also claimed to be working the drive through when I got my order denied that the service was this horrible. I recommend stopping at the Mexican food place before you go here.

If I could give it a zero star I would they don't give you the right food at all they make you pay more then you actually are don't go here in general

Disgusting, rude, pretend to be closed at night, steals your money that way through mobile ordering because no refunds and no support. Half of order always missing. Just go to Pueblo, their food is restaurant quality and the same price. Never had an issue there

It's been approximately 10 years since I have eaten at a local Taco Bell choke-n-puke.
You may ask, has it gotten better, the same, or worse.
Unfortunately the food is about as close to being unfit for consumption that you can get.
On a serious note, if I had a dog I wouldn't feed their substance to him, I would consider it cruel and unusual punishment.
It's always my desire to be able to give a retailer 5 stars, and talk them up, but unfortunately that's not always the case, and Taco Bell fits that very criteria.
The food was disgusting, the person taking my order seemed to have just crawled out of the ghetto, and the empty dining room was filthy.
The meat isn't meat, I discovered that it comes in a frozen bag broken up into little pellets, then hot water poured over it to make it appear as if it were the same ground beef you would buy in the supermarket.
When I visited their store today I ordered number two on their menu which is three Taco Supremes, and they were right it's supreme, supremely disgusting.
If you're thinking about dining at a fast food establishment, I would recommend driving by any Taco Bell that you may be near.

Kenny, I believe the manager was incredibly rude tonight. I understand being short handed but 20 minutes for a small walk in order is ridiculous. The place was unclean and poor service. When you walk in there is a bell to ring if service went well.no way does anyone ring that bell.

It has gone wayyyy down hill since covid. Hopefully they can get it together. People are nice but be prepared to wait extremely long for food. Also sometimes there is missing stuff or stuff isn't made correctly

Ordered via the app for in-store pickup but not only was my food not ready but there were at least 4 others ahead of me that were waiting for theirs. Since there is no longer an employee taking orders at the counter it was impossible to get anybody's attention because they were only working the drive-thru. After finally getting somebody to look our way I was told they were short-handed and still was not assisted. I finally had to use the drive-thru to get my food 30 minutes after it was due.

I had given a 4star review 4 years ago, but today my wife ordered 4 cravings boxes, this makes it easier to pass out the food it’s all sorted already, well not this time we got a bag full, crunch wraps smooshed at the bottom. Food was average Taco Bell, I’m already on the toilet writing this review 5 mins after eating it.

I am not a fan of the ordering kiosk. It doesn't offer everything available. One of my tacos had so little ingredients that it barely covered the bottom of the shell! I took out back to have them remake it.

Messed up my black bean crunch wrap for beef. Went back through the line and the staff were complete aholes about hearing us out that in a vegetarian and bit into beef. It’s fine to make a mistake but don’t be a d*** when it’s addressed. Very poor customer service and human decency.

They wanted to give the wrong food back out until they found out I bit into it. That’s definitely against food safety laws even if I hadn’t bit into it.

Have gotten 3 things of cinnamon twists over the past week that were all room temp. Had like no cinnamon sugar and also were disgusting tasting like oil.

Longest drive-thru wait time ever. And you can't pull out of line; once you're in line, you're stuck. Totally unacceptable.

Well, here we are again. Made the mistake of using this taco bell again. I guess they think I really love tomatoes.

Not my favorite TB in the area but it's the closest. I have had mixed up orders or just plain missing stuff. Service is a toss up between mediocre and good. You never know what you will get at this location. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's terrible.
