Taco Bell, Somerset OH

Never have issues at this location. I come here about once a week and the service is always great. I’ve had a few times my order was slightly incorrect but I just say something and they fix it, problem solved.

The food was okay at best, the Mexican Pizza was terrible and the quality of everything was not something I'd expect in any restaurant or drive through.

It's the best taco bell you will find always good when I go. When I'm in mood for taco bell I will drive the hour for this one only.

I'm glad I stopped here today. Absolutely the fastest I've been served in a Taco Bell. All of my items were made very well. I wish this store and the one by my house would switch places. Thanks for a great lunch!

I couldn't imagine being the person who runs this God awful excuse of a place. Would be extremely ashamed. Extremely inconsistent and very unintelligent workers.

This location is severely lacking in management. There aren't a lot of quick options in Somerset. We have been here multiple times over the last two years and more times than not there is something wrong with our order. They are frequently out of menu items. The lobby is sometimes closed. If you have a large vehicle, it might be difficult to navigate their cramped drive-thru.

On our last visit, at least 1/4 of one of our quesadillas didn't have any contents. The quesadillas weren't properly cut.

I understand business and staffing issues, but at some point the managers and owners need to wake up and realize that they are running things poorly. The improvement has to start there.

My order is wrong every time, there is always something they are out of that is necessary for most of their food such as beef or chicken. They are out of ice 50% of the time.
