Taco Bell, Kent OH

This Taco Bell, the food was actually good, but the thing is that was canceled out by how rude the woman running the drive thru window.

She was very rude, and gave us an attitude. I don't know her name, but she kept sighing, and huffing and puffing in fustration because we were trying to look at the menu to figure out what we want when no one else was in the line behind us I might add. It wasn't any better when we got to the window. This woman was not nice, and our cinnamon twists we had as apart of our order tasted horrible like they needed to change their oil in the fryer. Anyway, do better Taco Bell, or you're not going to have many customers left.

Got our food fairly fast. Staff obviously did not want to be there. My son’s chicken quesadilla had more cheese on the outside of the quesadilla than the inside. Had to tear the wrapper in bits I order to take out the food. We were already back on the interstate or we would have gone back.
Our supreme tacos ended up being regular. I really think it was a matter of not paying attention.

Come on Brimfield taco bell. You could be so much better than this! Cold meat, doesn't even fill the bottom of the taco, no sour cream or tomatoes on your "taco supreme". Barely any lettuce. Seriously, half
of a taco! Don't worry people, Chipotle is across the street just SLAYING the competition, as usual! Don't even bother with taco bell.

Horrible horrible service! Every single time I tell myself we will try again. Never again! If I could give less then 1 star I would. The lady at the window is terribly rude and over charges. Watch what you’re getting charged for.

I just went through the drive-thru and was given a large cherry Pepsi that was flat, warm and the ice had already become small due to melting. This is not the first time I have come through and something has been off. Whether the food isn't made correctly, the store is closed due to not having enough staff or now my drink is funny. Won't return unfortunately

Has definitely improved. Drive through is still a bit slow sometimes but not ridiculous like it used to be.

Called in and asked when they stopped serving breakfast and they told me 11. I arrived at 10: 30 and the same person I talked on the phone with very rudely told me they didn't feel like serving breakfast anymore today

I got their $5 deal that comes with cinnamon twists. The burrito and taco were good, but the twists tasted burnt. Not good at all! I told the staff when leaving that they probably needed to change the grease. They were nice enough to offer me a replacement; to which I declined because it was going to be cooked in the same grease.

Went to get breakfast and was told they are completely out of breakfast it’s 9: 35am that’s crazy

They are never open the hours that they claim. If they are it takes 10 minutes to take one order from a car. You're better off going to a different location

The foods good when the store is actually functioning. They love to tell you they're closed during business hours. Tell you that they're out of stuff. Love to lock the lobby during business hours too. The employees at this location are trash and there is ALWAYS an issue when I chose this one.

The food at Taco Bell makes me feel bad after eating it. I didn’t know Taco Bell’s food has gotten so low quality, it’s disgusting. They should charge $2 extra a meal and use ingredients more similar to Chipotle.

The staff are overworked and understaffed, charge $1 more per order and pay workers better so that they can work happier.

Constantly out of products, constantly closing earlier than normal, and grumpy employees. Worth the drive to Tallmadge's

They are always closed, but leave the lights on to look open. But moment you come up to the drive-thru there is a sign, I came at 8: 30pm. Is the 5th time this has happened in the last month. Food isn't the best, they cheap out. If you happen to catch them when they are open, but don't hold your breath. They are rude and very disrespectful, one of the worse locations. Save yourself the headache go to the one on Tallmadge circle, they are nice and food is always good!
