I asked for my sauce with my order that i waited 30 mins for and the kid at the window got an attitude with me and said “my dad owns this place I don’t care”. Never going back. I guess the employees are to rich for customer service.

Food is amazing, service last night was not. You had to physically get up and approach the waiters who were in the back chit chatting it up with each other or wait for 10-15 minutes after trying to wave them over. Then wait another 10-20 minutes for your bill. I even saw a customer have to walk through the opening to the back to get their attention for something as their presence on the floor was almost nonexistent. I even saw people leave before paying after waiting for a long while for their bill. The waiters didn't even notice they left for a good 10 minutes. I only give this a 2 and not a 1 star because of the food. The food is the saving grace here and is what is making me willing to go back and give this place another shot and will rereview this place after I do.

The food change, the menu is totally different and do is the quality and taste of the food, I am looking for the food truck and hope that is still the original taco loco What happen? Won't be back

I moved here from the NYC area a few months ago and had been struggle to find hispanic food that was the same quality as east coast hispanic food! After months of searching we found Mi Taco Loco and we're never going back! The portions are very big so i'm usually able to make 2 meals out of a visit! The guacamole and queso are always super fresh and I love the lime tortilla chips! Margaritas are great too and the horchata is the best horchata i've ever had! Hoping to slowly try everything on the menu and nothing has failed us yet. And the inside is very fun and cute, definitly check it out!

Good food, and friendly staff. Food prep is a bit slow. On weekends at 9: 30 pm the restaurant closes but reopens at 10 pm for karaoke. After 10 pm they only serve tacos.

Always have great flavorful food and their customer service is great. Nothing ever changes. Really good food, great price, great portions and always a great experience.

The customer service is always welcoming and friendly. The food is always superb. The atmosphere is always ready for a fiesta. If you haven't been there, you are missing out. Definitely one of my family's favorites!

This is the second time I have walked in sat down then they come around say I'll be right back the go help people that came in while I was sitting and waiting. So one star for their service. And the last time I'll be back

The food here was authentic hispanic food, excellent, and very well proportioned at reasonable prices. The service was great as well. Don't let the outside appearance fool you because it is a very great Mexican restaurant.

Great food, great service. Maria will take great care if you. Watch out for the tree peppers.lol. They are hot but delicious.

We go every Tuesday for dollar tacos and they are the best tacos in Cincinnati! And the cilantro salsa is amazing by the way.

I visited Taco Laco on a Sunday, I went back Tuesday because of the service and food I received. It was fresh and the portion size was large. If you are looking for a Good Authentic restaurant I would recommend this place!

Love taco loco. My girlfriend and I make a point of going and grabbing takeout at least once a month. The tacos are priced well and delicious. Well worth a 20 minute drive.

I tried huarraches de lengua. Very good. Tan buena. Simple food. Reasonably priced. Clean. I was told there is dancing on Friday evenings.
