My recruiter from beginning to end was informative, supporting and straight-forward. My interactions with everyone at Tailored Management was overly positive (Minus a payroll blip that was promptly corrected). Tailored Management is one of the few solid agencies around, and I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with them.

Waiting for an hour for the recruiter to come to the interview that they reached out to schedule. I took time out of my day to wait, just to receive a text from Ace that the position was already filled. It would’ve been nice to know that beforehand.

This review is based on my experience with a senior recruiter named Sunanda Saha. I was in communication with Sunanda about a position that seemed like a great fit and despite my providing her with all additional documents, employment history, cover letter and interview availability, she has decided to ghost me mid-way the recruitment process she had initiated. I was left waiting on updates that were not provided and I did not receive any response to two follow-up emails. If you value your time and career prospects, steer clear of Sunanda Saha and her unprofessional recruitment services. This experience was a complete waste of my time and left me with a sour taste in my mouth about Tailored Management.

Kharl Ababa offered me a position for a senior analyst role for 19 dollars an hour. Avoid at all costs please. Unless you want to work for peanuts.

This agency taking to long to get you a start date I was told all I needed to start was have my payment information uploaded than I get ask to verify more employment information I was talking with a recruiter all day with little progress I would not recommend wanting to work for this agency

Heard from my friend how annoying and pessimistic company it is.won't pay you salaries on time and terminate you with any notice was intending to join as recruiter but after seeing what the management did to my friend i would not do so and would suggest other's to not join or avail the services.save yourself from this mental agony and destress from unprofessional and unethical company.

I also appreciated the motivating email I recieved from Gem before my interview. Little things like that really stand out and is actually what caught my attention to this company. Before my interview, Dev walked me through everything I needed to know about the job and how to be prepared for the interview and sent me the sweetest, most encouraging email before which made me feel much more confident and then when I recieved one from Gem also, it really did make me go into the interview with a different, more positive outlook.

All they do is waist your time! They set you up for an interview then ghost you! So unprofessional. If I could give a 0 star I would! Mannah Charles (Recruiter) do better! Stop waisting peoples time!
