I never have to worry about leaving my girls with these professionals. The GSD hates her feet and ears touched and will fight you. The job gets done, and the dogs aren't stressed out when I pick them up.
Haven't been there but I am looking for someone to cut the nails of 3 of my dogs

I was there at 7: 50am, appointment at 8am, doors were locked so went back home and got a call after 8 saying to come in and when I said I'd cancel since I was back home they said they'd charge a $25 fee even though I was there 10 mins before my appointment.
