This was our first time using Take 5. We usually go to Valvoline but I had a coupon so we thought we would give them a try. I was very happy we did. The staff was professional and Thorough. We will be back soon.

Went for a simple oil change. There was one employee working, a younger gentleman who was extremely rude and impolite. Constantly rolling his eyes at me and making rude gestures towards me. Clearly did not want me there at all. Will not be returning.

They did an expedient and complete oil change and fluid level check with a professional but freindly attitude.

Very professional, no nonsense place. They appear to take a lot of pride in there work. They weren’t pushy about up selling unnecessary products. I highly recommend the Take 5 Oil Change in Mentor, OH. For my next oil change I will try the one in Painesville, OH on RT 20. My only complaint is the price, it’s a little expensive. It basically cost me $40 more for them to change my oil compared to what it would cost me to do it

I have been using take five for years and love the service. Staff is always friendly as they walk you through every step of the process, show you assessments that they’re doing like oil levels and filter status. It’s a great experience every single time! I highly recommend them.
