Take 5 Oil Change, Twinsburg OH

I’m honestly fuming. I have used this location for 3 years worth of oil changes There were 2 cars when I pulled up and it’s been 45 min. If it wasn’t so needed, I would have left. There are two workers. They are barely doing anything, one left twice, this is the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never use Take 5 again. I even asked how long because I have a job and this is my lunch hour and they were so far off on their 20 min time frame.

Alex was fantastic however I left without getting my car done because they couldn’t get my car done.after waiting a full hour.

I stopped for an oil change in Twinsburg and was assisted by Alex. He was very polite and professional and helped me choose the best option for my vehicle.

Well I picked the wrong day since look like something got broke on one car that was in the bay you had to run out get a part the other bay driver did not have money so I was playing musical cars with your Bays go to this one nope. Go back to that one nope, Go back to that one nope, go back to this one, other than that it was okay guys were friendly n efficient

Great customer service, came in but had to leave early because of work. They were super understanding and kind about the whole situation. Once I was finally able to get it done the coowner explained some cool things about my car and important information on the oil change. Their prices are fair and as long as you treat the staff with kindness you will get it returned.

Great service. Turns out I had 3k more miles before the next oil change (the sticker didn't account for the 6k oil I used last time), so they were honest and checked all my fluid levels, topped off as needed and I was on my way quickly. Pleasently surprised at not having to spend anything on oul change this month.

I choose to drive to twinsburg from Cleveland because of the service I get. Manager Cody explained a lot to me about my car and what's reccomend for it. I appreciate the time and knowledge he bestowed upon me. He was very patient and kind. I also had my fiance's car taken in here as well. I trust these guys and they definitely get the job done. Thank you for making my experience a good one.

Cole and Craig were very friendly and professional. I came on a whim on my lunch break for an oil change and was very happy with the whole experience. I will surely be back. Thanks guys!

Seriously the friendliest staff every time I go there! They don’t try and sell me a bunch of services but do inform me if something needs changed such as the air filter but don’t pressure me into purchasing it. They’re so nice with my kids and my janky Hoopty mini van that requires pliers to open my hood. Repeat customer for sure!

Great customer service. No pressure selling. Water for adults, fruit snacks and juice for little ones is great. Even dog treats for your 4 legged friends. Would recommend to everyone.

Great group of guys here. Let's face it oil change is an oil change. Unless they make a catastrophic mistake. I can't think these guys ever would.
But at the end of the day it's about peice of mind. Did they do everything to a T? Here with this team I never doubt it.

I have always had a great experience at Take 5 in Twinsburg. The employees are very nice, do their best to get you in and out while doing a wonderful job! I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I do not need. Thank you to this wonderful team!

Went at 12pm on a Wednesday and was greeted by the manager Cole who brought me a bottle of water! They got me right in, went over a few options, and worked quickly to get me in and out. The also topped off my washer fluid and checked my tire pressure. I also noticed that they were really attentive to people who were waiting behind me. I absolutely recommend this place!

The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt and efficient. I was greeted by the manager and offered a bottle of water. I was even told that I didn’t need to come back until my car notified me as opposed to the 3K mile sticker that they placed on the window. I would highly recommend their location to anyone.

What an awesome first experience. Pulling up early in the morning Will ran up with some water and was very friendly. The whole process was so fast and did not feel like the typical "quick oil change" experience. All the employees did an awesome job.

I went to Take 5 in Darrow Rd in Twinsburg for the first time 9/18. I was the last customer of the day, but the gentlemen who were working were incredibly kind, courteous and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience for pulling up so close to closing. I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from Chris, Travis and Cole. I will definitely be back!

In and out in like 10 minutes! It's pricey but worth it when you're able to get your pills changed with a toddler in the back. The free water, and snacks/juice for the little one are just the icing on the cake. The staff is extremely friendly and doesn't push any service or parts that you don't need. This is my new go to oil change spot!
