4They have withheld my medical records for over a month when I was told 2 weeks I feel like I’ve been thrown in a loop hole and I can’t do anything. Absolute TRASH services
Lots of turnover, not very organized with personnel / staffing. Last few months, I leave more depressed than I was when I walked in. Not very supported.
Very difficult to get a hold of. Called all day to front desk and even different extensions without anyone picking up. Used to be great customer service and promptness. Now it seems nobody wants to work there. Jennifer is great! A lot of turnover as well in past year. May want to check out a different location to go to.
This is how yall really feeding people. My family is starving and ive heard how you all talk to those guys. You should be ashamed. Calling this a halfway house
