The staff phlebotomist are not.properly trained. Constantly bruising arms.and deferring people because of their mistakes. I recommend CSL PLASMA over any griffols company. Zero problems and friendly staff at CSL PLASMA

It's sad when I have to attempt to become a new donor 5-8 times before actually donating. Should I just wait until I see my PCP?

I don't have issues with many of the staff. Some are very friendly and courteous, some are brash and cold, others are just trying.

If there wasn't such a need for both donations and, cash to live, I'm not sure why these places are even open?

The girls are very friendly but my God, they have no consideration for peoples time.

All you hear about is how everyone else is horrible and stand and talk to their donor friends even after they’re done.

And please, walk with a bit of sense of urgency

This is the worst Donation Center I have ever been to! The waits are outrageous! Make sure you have at least 4 hours or longer to visit and donate here. And that’s on a weekday at 10 am! If you come on a weekend you better get here early or you might not make it before they close! That’s the parking lot. Like maybe 20 people besides the staff, been there for 3 hour and just left without donating! By far the worst place to donate!

I recieve a bonus text, via my cell phn. When I'm inside talecris I over hear customers call about themselves receiving bonus text offer. After I'm called in back I'll show employee text bonus.
There is a list that your name will be on. They check the list. For most if the time there's a new list and the manager hasn't told the employees upfront. There's only 1 helpful employee that ill only donate of they are there. Which will actually take the time to check for list. If employees don't want to check list you'll get spun and lied to brushed off. They don't care.
The issue now is. I receive texts. Employees goes to manager to check I'd it's right. You can hear them saying I'm not honoring that it's too much money.
THEN WHY DOES THE COMPANY YOUR EMPLOYEED TOO SEND OUT THESE OFFERS? Obviously managers make commission. It's so aggrevating haveing to deal with this and over hearing the problum. I have text proof that anyone is free to check. Except now this offer will be expired by the time any ones sees this review. I'd love to talk in person. This is too much typing. Very annoying

The employees are rude and lazy spend more time on they're cell phones and tyne computer system is a joke

They play with your money and short you out the money and Im about to get a lawsuit for talecris

I’ve came here 4 times to get my first donations done, waited 1-2 hours only to be told come back another time. This is starting to get old as it seems some employees care and others don’t. It’s 7: 03 on a Sunday, no one is here as far as donors go. There’s 1 nurse ig, and we can’t get my process going for whatever reason.

Very good place to go. The bonuses are better then most places and the employees are so nice. I will definitely continue to come to this donation place.

During the pandemic donations dropped off significantly so now for new plasma donors they are paying a significant amount for your first handful of times I highly suggest it as a good way to supplement income. And you can go twice a week.

Most of the staff is friendly. To bad they take all of the parking spots that are close to the doors.

Money is good with bonuses, but if your blood pressure is off by one number they tell you, you can't donate real petty place to go

The talecris donation center is the cleanest and most convenient place to get your plasma donated at!
