So unprofessional treat you like your number, when I go in too donate plasma I at least want to be treated like a normal human being not like trash, the dark skinned girl with the dreads down her butt really need to be fired no compassion for humans. "No hey". " no hey how you doing? " Just start sticking with the needle plus clowning with her co-workers on the side just rude.

I take my girlfriend here all the time and we won’t be back. They got rid of a bunch of employees or a bunch quit. Either way, the most of the nurses that are left flat out suck. Worst bedside manner ever and I wouldn’t trust them with a finger prick. Bob seemed like the only one that knew what he was doing at all. This place has has seriously gone to hell, avoid at ALL COSTS!

The young lady that administered the needle wasn't personable empathetic not even spoke to me! Hopefully my second visit will be better! But overall intake nurse was Amazing very kind, Pleasant and comforting!

A ridiculous process to donate your time and donation.
Some staff are good and others are so incompetent in there daily duties they stain the fabric of the mission.
What a good thing is ruined by incompetent others.
What a shame. It's worth your time to go to another plasma center that does things right.

Anthony and the staff were down to earth. No complaints. Better than CSL forsure. Good communication.

This place is so much more professional than CSL their phlebotomists really know what they're doing they also pay better than CSL

I've been donating for the better part of a year now and the extra money is very nice. The staff is friendly and even fun. I rarely have to wait, even though I usually go as a walk-in. You can schedule appointments which ensure that you will not have to wait long.

Have had no issues here. Clean, friendly and well staffed. I've never had an issue getting in and never had any issues.
Highly recommended.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would the women that work at this place are so RUDE. Sorry, sweetheart but you are no better than anyone! Don't waste your time. They're all NASTY.

I have nothing but good thing's to say about grifols and there worker's.it's a very clean place soon as you walk in the doors you feel welcome they treat you with care and respect.thank you and i recommend Grifols to anyone that is wanting to donate plasma
