Tamer Win Golf & Country Club reviews
12Tamer Win is a beautiful golf course! Matt Rura is an amazing golf instructor! Also very friendly staff!
I will never go there again. They said last carts goes out at 6: 30 on an 18 hole course? Supposably I paid for 9 holes but never asked me if I’m playing front or back? I told the guy 18! Any ways they turned the sprinklers on while we’re golfing and the guy comes and kicks us off the course and approaches us. “So who is going first I have 2 kids to put to bed” still unaware of what he is talking about he tells me I paid for 9 and acted like I was sneaking to golf an extra 9 holes. He was very disrespectful Didn’t know that was a way to approach someone that is a paying customer for years. Also we didn’t know our way back to the clubhouse as we are in the back side of the course. So we ask him can we follow you and he says no! I can’t you have to go first! Okay you have to put your kids to bed but make us take longer to find our way back? This is the worst golf experience I have ever had definitely not the best and only course around.
This is the worst course in this area the staff and owners are so rude I do NOT RECOMMEND save your money and go to old Avalon or Northwood where at least the owners and worker are nice
Very well maintained course tees to greens! I have golfed at this course for many years and it's always been in great condition. Staff has always been very friendly and professional. Definitely an enjoyable course to play.
An excellent golf course to improve your game:
Practice green, chipping green and driving range. Two free and starting at $5.00 for driving range.
Been playing at Tamer Win for many years. The course is the best shape ever! Can't beat the quality of play or service any where around.
Played a scramble there today. Horribly ran. Scheduled outside tee times before the scramble was finished. Put groups that were not part of the scramble in between groups that were still in the scramble. Stopped food at the turn because they felt it was slowing down play. It was a hurry up and get out of there by the course management. PGA professional should be ashamed of himself. I feel bad for the organization that was holding their event there. It was no fault of theirs but it made them look bad. I would never recommend playing a scramble there. Worst run scramble in the 50 plus years I have played golf. Shame on them.
Early Week days usually no T time needed, definitely needed on weekends. Well kept course, family owned
Amazing course. Prices are reasonable and the driving range is wonderful. Staff is super nice, I've never had a problem with them. They also have a nice selection of snacks for those not golfing and tagging along.
Very nice golf course, and the folks that run it are very nice and welcoming! Always enjoy playing there!
Nice, well maintained golf course. Course included water, doglegs and a good amount of trees. The fairways are fairly narrow.
One of the best courses for the price in the area in my opinion. Well laid out, well maintained and manicured, and a very friendly and courteous staff
