Good Mexican at reasonable price point. Atmosphere is a bit rowdy, which is not necessary a bad thing. I enjoyed the experience.

Great Mexican restaurant. Good food and they now have a bar. Plus the grocery store has a good selection of Mexican food.

Torta sandwich was excellent staff is very friendly prices are great love this place tacos are the best

They recently updated the dining rooms and the place looks almost as awesome as their good is delicious.

For Akron it’s not horrible, but this wouldn’t hold up in an area with more authentic options. Also, staff wasn’t wearing masks, which means they’re not following proper sanitary requirements for Covid.

Seriously the best Mexican food around. The flavors are amazing and the meat is really tender and delicious. I have been to other Mexican restaurants and nothing literally compares to La Loma. I can't go to any other places to eat except here lol. If you haven't been here, you definitely missing out. This should be your next stop when you go out to eat next.

Extremely good food. Quick service. It's not your standard sit-down restaurant, it's more like an indoor food truck with a dining room. They serve free chips and salsa to those who order and will bring your food to your table.

Stopped here after trying to go to a different Mexican place only to find out they were closed. I'm glad we ended up here. Everything is great, some of the best Mexican food you'll ever have.

Standard Mexican street tacos are what I would recommend. The green salsa on the table is a great addition.

Authentic mexican fare, with Tortas! Free basket of chips with two types of self serve salsa. Traditional Tortas with pork, or beef are available. The bread is good as is the sandwich. I just wish it came with guacamole. The restaurant is connected to a small mexican grocery store.

This is an order at the counter informal place with great food. The burrito is enormous; half is enough for lunch, save the other half for the next day. Very popular place for lunch, it can get surprisingly busy for its location.

One of my favorite restaurants in Akron, La Loma has some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. It’s super fresh & authentic. Chimi’s, Tacos & Torta are among my favorites — but everything is outstanding. The pastor is a must try. Also, the owner Blanca is seriously one of the most genuinely sweet people you’ll ever meet!

If you're looking for authentic street tacos, come here! I recommened the pork al pastor and beef asada tacos.

Seriously the most authentic Mexican food in Akron! I know because I'm Mexican and grew up eating this kind of food! The food is delicious, the workers are nice and the place is clean! I come here all the time for food and am never disappointed!

So far this is the only place where I have been able to find authentic Mexican food not a TexMex. Love their tacos and tortas. The store next door is a great place to get candy and spices. They even sell pan dulce on the weekends!
