Taqueria La Lomita reviews
11The cachete tacos are everything! Please support this food truck and try them. Fantastic flavor and my new favorite!
BEST truck in Dayton, OH. I’ve been to every truck and this trucks food is the most flavorful from its salsas to the food itself.
They’re gorditas and the right balance of soft with a bit of a crunch to the outside. The meat is full of flavors. Both the green and red sauces are packed with flavors. (Sometimes a truck will have great tasting food but their sauces are lacking in flavor, not this truck)
Make sure to try their side of Mexican rice. It’s top notch. No matter what you order I can guarantee it will be packed with mouth watering flavor that will have you coming back weekly.
Only con: it’s cash only. Never carried cash before but now I make sure to have some on me.
Portions are large and very satisfying. The Al Pastor burrito and the Nachos Supreme were very tasty. Will definitely retrn.
Best tacos I've ever had! I was purposely over charged though, it kinda make me not want to go back but they are good.next time I will ask questions for pricing! Don't be mad at customers when they have to speak up and out because you are not giving them right pricing! I'm willing to pay for quality food but I don't want to be taken advantage of.
One of the best kept secrets of east Dayton. Best tacos and salsa for takeout in the area, especially for the price (4 for $10–used to be 5 for $10). Normally takes 10-15 minutes of a wait for them to make the tacos—I recommend calling ahead. All of their tacos, including somewhat unusual ones, such as tongue, are delicious. Strongly recommend steak, al pastor, and chorizo. The chicken is the least flavorful and somewhat dry—probably stick with beef/pork.
Edit 6/3/2022: Unfortunately, the price of the tacos keeps going up ($3/taco) and they are no longer as cheap and convenient option for feeding a family.
Delicious food! We had chicken and chorizo tacos and the al pastor quesadilla and everything was so yummy. Highly recommend this truck.
Best tacos in town and generous portions. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The real deal!
Al Pastor quesadilla was amazing. Family loved the tacos, both steak and chicken, everything here was delicious!
Not gonna lie the first time I tried this place is wasn't all that. So I decided to give them a second go and OMG! This place is AMAZING! The Supreme Steak Tacos? The Chicken Gordita? Steak Burito?
Great little food truck with a nylon awning over some picnic tables, it's about as basic as you can get. However the food is great. I had their bourbon chicken with rice and pinto beans and it was delicious and a huge portion for 11 bucks. I'll be a return customer.
I Absolutely Love This Cantina. It's By Far The Best In The Area. These Ladies Can Cook. And Don't Forget To Try The Melon, Pineapple And Horchata Juices!
