Target, Northfield OH

I had bought a fan a standing fan several months ago. I really couldn't even remember when I purchased it. But I'm disabled and I don't drive so I have to wait for somebody to take help me take stuff back. So I went to take it back I told the lady. I didn't care if she gave me a gift card or whatever she was going to give me I just wanted it so I can purchase a new standing fan with a remote. The box had never been
Opened. I printed out the wrong paper and I bought two items. She said it had to go back on that particular credit card I swiped every credit card I had she said it did not come off of none of them but when I went back into my email and looked I had scanned the correct car because it came off of my American Express so I guess she was lying. She said she would only give me a $8 gift card for something I spent $40 for. But I really believe if I was not had been a African-American woman she would have done it cuz when I called the corporate office they said it's up to the stores judgment.
So if you're African-American don't take your stuff back to this store or don't shop at this store. Cuz God forbid you have to take something back. Never been used unopened.

Let me just start off by saying the employees at night are rude. I called about the funko pops which were released for the Targetcon and the women in electronics brushed me off. When inquiring about it, she didn't know what I was talking about and told me it would be in my best interest to come to the store instead. I said thank you and she hung up on me rudely.

Hi today I purchased a 70in television online and requested to pick it up in store and my experience with this store was very horrible. A young man by the name of Nathan refused to help me take the television out of the store and he dropped the tv on the floor and just walked away. After stating in front of myself and other customers that he didn’t feel like helping me. I look like I can manage it by myself. I never experienced anything like this before and I will not be purchasing anything else from this location. He left me standing there with the television and walked away. He wouldn’t put it on a flat bed for me and I'm a woman and I offered to help him. After I asked him myself to help me at least put it on a cart he picked the television up and dropped it. The young lady at customer service (Anna) kept calling his name and
he just kept walking. It was humiliating to us both and I will not be returning ever if that's the customer service this company will display. I shop here often for my everyday needs but I rather not. Even if your having a bad day you should never treat customers or your fellow employees in that manner. A manager never approached me and I had to contact someone to come and help me with the television. This was the worse service I’ve ever experienced.

It was easy to purchase and pick up. In fact, it was Christmas Eve and I really expected it to take longer than it did. Very happy and helpful!

This Target has been mostly great! I love how quickly they get drive up orders together and I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Whenever I have to pick up from another Target (not the one in Macedonia) I end up disappointed. I love my Target!

Ordered a drive up order and it came out in under a minute! Great service! Matthew was my drive up person and he was so friendly and kind! Deserves a raise!

Check anything for cracks before you leave especially tvs. I bought a tv here at 2: 08pm. When I went to set it up that afternoon there was a crack. So I went back to exchange it for one that wasn’t broken. I get there and the dude just wants to give me a refund and told me to go to the back and get the last one he saw in the computer and buy it again after he refunded my money while I was asking him just to exchange it. So I go back there and bring it back up to him to buy it again. This time I open the box before I leave. I am going to set it up and check to see if it works fine when I go home. Just so irritated. He ignored me when I said I didn’t want the refund. Hopefully this doesn’t go on my card twice by accident. I knew I should of just went to bestbuy.

Easy, friendly and quick service! The drive through option is my jam. I picked up my order within 45 minutes of ordering.

The store is poorly ran. Seems like the only people doing actual work are the team members. Not the actual managers or leads? Embarrassing for them. Will never shop here again, will drive to a store where I feel like everyone does their job:

Customer service was excellent! Much appreciated. After looking for a product Myla searched for the item on her device. While searching Keith from Frito Lay happened to be stocking shelves and helped us find the item. It was not the one I was looking for, but close enough. A few minutes later Keith found me on the other side of Target and happily provided me with the item I originally wanted, wow. Nice teamwork. At self checkout Deja offered her help without being asked with kindness as did the Manager at Customer Service. I did not get her name but her genuine appreciation was extended as I shared my positive experiences. Everyone expressed they were there to help with a smiling eyes and kind words. I like to walk in the store (can get 2 to 3 miles) and this time I am so glad I chose the Macedonia location. So clean and welcoming! Thank you all so much for your caring, loving your job and making me feel safe. Great Teamwork! Be Proud of your yourselves.:)

I was impressed by the friendliness of the two young women who greeted me as I entered the store this afternoon. I couldn’t help but notice the store looked and smelled pleasantly clean.
I’m from out of state and haven’t been out shopping much this past year. This was a nice, relaxed experience from beginning to end!

Every time I come to buy any type of trading cards, I’m always confronted by a lady with red hair who changes the way things are ran every time. She is extremely rude within the first 5 minutes I walk in. I haven’t been able to get anything the last 3 times I’ve come because they claim to have a virtual line and every time i sign up I never get the text to come and get my things. I come in and see people who aren’t even signed up taking more items than the signs say they’re allowed and no one enforces anything while constantly misleading people. Terribly run and would not recommend for anything.

Store is nice and clean and very well organized. The team member at self check-out was very kind and helpful too which was a plus. I definitely love shopping here.

Do NOT go here if it's wet or raining. Their parking lot needs serious repair. I come here to return an online purchase before work and there were massive puddles you couldn't avoid. Now I get to go work my 12 hour nursing shift with soggy feet. I refuse to return to this store until it is repaved and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

I came in to get a new mini fridge tonight with my girlfriend, and the cashier John offered us a sticker for our forehead and it was the funniest thing all day. He made us both smile and laugh more than we knew we could over a small transaction. Give him a raise!

I can’t say enough great things about this target. The drive up pickup service is always beyond fast! The majority of the time I show up and the employees are already walking my things to me! No waiting. It’s been a huge help during COVID-19.

If your employee is going to loiter around the self checkout at 930 last night, he should be wearing a mask to comply with our governors orders.
