Department Store Target reviews
10Picked up some items through their pick up service. It was easy, fast, friendly, and accurate!
I did curbside and it was fast and easy. Yes, I will be doing this more often. Plus it's cheaper than having same day delivery. Gotta love it.
I can always find "full sheet" Bounty Paper Towels at this Target and that one little thing is very important to me personally.
Of course, they have versions of the "select a size" always available.
Overall, the store is always well stocked fir my needs and its been at least two years ago, when there were fewer items on the shelves.
Very clean and convenient!
Disgusting attitudes, and rude staff. Self check out person was on her phone while I was waiting for a price adjustment I was polite and said hello, I didn’t even get acknowledged instead, she put a starburst in her mouth, gave me the side eye and didn’t speak. If you hate your job, then leave?
I left a bag, and cannot get a hold of ANYONE.
During checkout, ALL cashiers were closed. Only self check out was open.
I spent now 2 hours trying over and over and over again to call, over the course of yesterday evening and today. BOTH DAYS, nobody answers their phone.
Now when I call, they immediately hang up on me.
This location is a disgrace. I want a refund for the materials left behind, but they refuse to answer the phone and don't have anyone manning the customer service desk.
Will be calling corporate Target
I’m sorry — but this was the worst Target experience I’ve ever had. First time at this location & probably only time.
Came in to buy some stuff, decided to try on some things. Well, I must have sat in a drop of someone’s spilled Starbucks frapp on the fitting room bench & it looked like I crapped myself.
So then, I had to try to find jeans or leggings because I don’t live around here but had plans in the area tonight: the shelves were such a mess & they were sold out of sizes 8-10 in most pant styles. It took forever to find anything on the shelves. Other kids were laughing at me because of the mark left from the spilled frapp.
Finally found pants. Only self-checkout was open. 3/4 of us needed assistance and had a blinking light and no employees were around. Took a few minutes until someone could help us (ie: I had a sensor I needed removed).
Then, I went into the bathroom to change. Each stall in the women’s restroom had some sort of bodily function in/on the toilet or floor; I left without changing.
It wasn’t like one thing went wrong. It was a lot. I think a combination of uncleanliness (fitting rooms, bathroom), disorganization and chaos made this all a bad experience. I sound like a total Karen but honestly, this store needs some major help.
I really feel that Target pushes a family oriented atmosphere hard, but the employees seem absent minded in a way. If you see someone having trouble they shouldn't have to flag you down to get help, if you're standing right there. Also when I self check out there's always an employee who pops up right behind my family and me with a weird presence. Why is this? Literally no one was there, then boom, right behind us watching our every scan. I get it. Shoplifting is rampant. Just find a less obvious way of doing this. They hire a lot of younger adults, and their always grouped up talking to one another in the front, but I can never find someone in electronics, toys, books, baby and housing. Other than this experience, this store has a lot to offer. I get all of my active ware from here. My son's toys and books. And my infants needs. We got some playdoh toys today and a couple shirts for me.
Usually has what I'm looking for. Stores are clean in appearance. Prices are high unless on sale.
Somehow no matter what day or time I come here there are NEVER EVER EVER register’s open. Self checkout only. It’s nearly impossible to check out with a baby and they just stare at you struggling. It’s super fun.
Not one register open, line to the middle of the front. Left my cart and walked out. I shop here and don't mind paying a little extra not to go to Walmart, but your getting to be worse than wally world
