I really don’t see how they are still in business. They don’t have anything to offer but a big “pride selection”. The only thing I see as a pro is they have a good Starbucks I just go here when the wife drags me in. And we never leave with anything!
They allow aggressive AT&T salesman to wander the store bothering every customer. It's bad enough when they're in one spot, but the salesman walk around the store asking people if they're finding everything okay like they are employees. I won't go here again because of this alone
They did a price adjustment for me on an item. They were kind and quick.
We bought an Apple gift card for our son for Christmas and found out later that it was a fraudulent gift card. Cannot get any kind of refund. Not good.
