Department Store Target reviews
16Target stores won’t allow you to try clothes on since they have to quarantine the items you try on, yet you can take them home, try them on, and bring them back? I am not quite sure what difference it makes whether they quarantine them now or when I return them. Are you quarantining every item touched by a patron in the store as well? If you’re going to implement policies they need to be consistent.
Not open at 8 AM, at least not for me. Only for vulnerable guests. People at the front door told me I should’ve checked the website. What a joke. Walmart was happy to accept my money.
Target had the item I needed in stock and available for curbside pickup. When I got to the store, curbside pickup was not honored and I had ot go in to pick it up. I went into the store to find it packed with people, not socially distancing. The place was crammed with people. After picking up my item and returning to my car, I realized that they had given me the wrong item. I had to repeat the process. I wanted curbside in the first place because 1) I have a back injury and 2) I wanted to avoid crowds of people if possible due to COVID. People were also gathering in groups in the parking lot and the staff did nothing to break those groups up. It was a terrible experience.
John in electronics was super helpful in getting me a switch game for my son’s birthday and super nice called from an hour away in Dayton to confirm the had it and when I got there I saw John who I talked to over the phone! And Austin at the self checkout was great getting me a price adjustment on the game I came down for to match the online price. Thanks John and Austin that 11 year old boy will be happy with his new game! Great job!
I had been a little skeptical of this idea, but tried it after a friend recommended it. I cannot believe how easy it was and how well it worked - once you submit the order, Target messages you to let you know when it's ready. You let them know via the app when you're on your way and when you arrive. The Target associate was out of the door and headed my way within seconds of my "I'm here" message. He scanned the code on the app, I signed off on the order, and I was on my way. It was so easy!
It was so convenient! Loved not having to get my child out of the car seat to get my target items!
Very rude disrespectful employees can’t find anyone half the time when you do they have a attitude cause u asked them to do there job and help u find something
Unfortunately horrible customer service at the beechmont store. Will sadly never return. Would rather go to a different store all together then return. Or will drive to the Newport Ky store or Milford Oh stores, both of which has great customer service.
The store is very clean, organized, and neat. The lady who was working self checkout was very nice and helpful
I love Target and shopping there. It's a great store that has everything I need. This is a bigger Target, its clean and the employees are nice!
I drove to the store today to pick up my online purchase. Unfortunately they can't find my items. Somebody give it to the wrong customer. It is not available in the store too. Very frustrating.
I came in looking for a specific item. When i couldn't find it the sales associate told me they had it in Newport.but then said they might have it in back and give him a minute. He came back a few minutes with my product, saving me a drive to Newport. I work in customer service so i can appreciate how above and beyond he went for me.
I paid $64 for luggage at Walmart and asked the customer service worker if they would lower the price from $89. They proceeded to waste half an hour trying to find it online rather than look at the receipt that I had in hand. Then they found something totally different for $140 and acted like they were doing me a favor. I won't beg y'all to take my money so don't waste my time.
The current manager needs recycled! I don't have time for childish games and smug remarks while I doing a return. Target in general is the lower end of customer service.i. E.if a return isn't quick and easy they will make you feel bad and INSTEAD OF SOLVING the problem by calling for assistance, they will make you feel like you're the problem! OK, well if the customer is your problem then why don't we make things easier for you and stop shopping there.
Everything was great until about a month ago when I would go in regularly and I would enjoy my shopping experience but no I walk in and it’s like I’m walking into a furnace. I’ve heard that around 4-5 that you’re turning off the AC to give back but I would believe that keeping the store an appropriate temperature would satisfy the customer especially in the warm summer days. I would not recommend anyone going to this target due to the fact it is unbearable to stay in there to shop.
I was in Beechmont target the other day and it seemed like everything was going straight. All of a sudden I felt like it was extremely hot in there and I started sweating. I was there to buy a canister for my virtual floor mop but they didn’t have it, which is okay. It’s a nice place but needs new AC unit. Staff acted normal as usual and the lead smiled back. Shop here for good stuff, just hot inside
