I bought a Chevy express here and it’s only been a week so far but I love my van! Really great customer service, I felt taken care of. Would buy a vehicle from them Again.

I had brought my vehicle in due to no heat working at all in a 2006 kia sportage that I had just purchased. Norm was very kind and helpful and scheduled me right away. Mike did the repairs had to replace all electrical for the heating system. Now today it's snowing and guess what yall I have heat. They did a amazing job and there prices are very reasonable and they won't make you rob Peter to save Paul. Great job Mike and Norm. I found my new repair shop.

I was referred by original mechanic to Target Automotive and so far Norm; (service tech) has been extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ve been able to get my vehicle diagnosed and parts shipped in the same day. My vehicle is an VW 2018 Tiguan. I’ll come back with an update after service is fully complete. So far I highly recommend target automotive.

When I first called Target Automotive Group, the outstanding customer service is what made my decision to bring my vehicle in for service easier. … I spoke with great representatives Norm and Lee Very knowledgeable, courteous, and well-organized. My problem that had been ongoing (intermittent starting) was diagnosed before I anticipated, and the work was completed when I was told, very efficiently. I haven’t had an issue because of the team at Target Auto. The engine light is gone, it starts like it’s supposed to, and I passed the echeck. Exceeding my expectations is what will keep me coming back. Very reasonable and they also let you know what other issues you may encounter; they want your vehicle up and running, with your safety in mind. You’re respectfully spoken to and treated like a person and there are no hidden fees. Great job all.

Totally awesome. I’ve been dealing with this company for over 15 years. This is the only car repair shop that I would allow to work on any of my vehicles. Not only are they reliable, but their customer service is phenomenal which is very important to me. The prices are very affordable and they get the job done.
