I had an excellent experience when buying my glasses. I just love the service Stacy gave! She was very patient, told me to take my time, and was very helpful for me in my decision. She has great insight on the right look for me and is very knowledgeable at her job. She has a Fantastic personality and she made it really fun to be there shopping! I got 5 pairs!

Had a GREAT in person experience at the Optical Department - Mayfield Heights Target store after a HORRIBLE online one. Tried to order contacts online and kept getting error messages. Called the customer support line 3 times. Was hung up on, told I can't use my target card to get a discount, and then told not sure why it is not working. Decided to go into the store. Anthony took care of my request and was very personable and professional. Understood exactly what I needed. Processed my order quickly and he turned a negative situation into a positive one. Will definitely go back again.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get exactly what you want.

I’ve been to many optical stores over the years, some chain and some privately owned. My insurance is very good, but that is only a small part of the eyeglass shopping experience. I was truly surprised, and delighted with my resent trip to the Mayfield Heights Target Optical store and dealt with Debbie. She was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy or trying to up sell. Which is a rarity in today’s retail climate. The store was clean, organized and had an amazing selection. This was my first time shopping and buying in Target Optical and will now only buy from them in the future. Thank you Debbie, and Target for the great service and selection!

I was planning to make two pairs of glasses and stop by Target. I have a prescription and wanted to know if they can make PC glasses (progressive with near & mid range) but was flatly denied by a female employee as my prescription was not written that way. The way she spoke to me was not nice at all. After that, I visited several different stores to compare prices and selections, and all of them told me that they can make glasses the way I wanted. I wonder why ONLY Target can't do so?

After shopping at several stores for new glasses and just not finding the right fit. I walked into Target and was greeted by Debbie. I looked at frames while she was finishing up with a customer and then she immediately began to assist me. I felt comfortable and in good hands and found a few frames and Debbie helped me choose the best fit. She was efficient, thorough, and so very friendly. I highly recommend Target Optical!
