7I definitely recommend Tarps the drivers are very friendly and helpful, the busses are clean. I have had nothing but good experiences since I been taking tarps.
I wanted to give 0 stars I asked for a ride in toledo, Ohio 43615 and was told TARPS does not go to that address I don't understand why not when it is in toledo, Ohio
I participate in TARTA'S Para-transit service, known as TARPS. I don't drive and have been using TARPS for 3 years. I've enjoyed my "trips" to and from doctors appointments. That's what I use TARPS for mostly. But I have also used them, on the weekends for Zoo trips, Mudhen games, as well as movies and such. I've come to recognize drivers and such. I definitely recommend TARPS. Regardless of your disability or trouble. You will find friendly, respectful drivers.
Very organized Bus Services in Lucas County.well trained staff as well as effective mechanics
I had a appointment at tarps, and the bus ride going, and coming it was wonderful. The people was very friendly I felt like I was talking with friends. I totally enjoyed my experience.
It's a good thing for Toledo and I'm glad the buses are starting to get back to somewhat of a normal schedule and as far as their directory goes when you call the members of their team that you speak with down there are very professional and helpful as well.
The drivers are extremely well trained and kind. The buses are always spotless. I would give 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 24 hours for a ride, but I get it.
