8The bus is finally back to a somewhat normal schedule and the rides are still free. But all in all I am very grateful for the TARTA bus system in Toledo and there are a great number of people that depend on it.
We need more funding for our transit system. I would not own a car and would rather rely on our transit system if it ran more frequently, on sundays and late nights. Unfortunately Toledo is not that kind of city.
Drivers have bad attitude especially line 27 H Neb/Hill and 5 Dorr via UT Campus. These driver are the worst. Beware.ijs
Went there for ID receptionist was very nice. Told me I could use my veterans ID to get my reduced fare ID.
I find it quite a bit insensitive that the Tarta bus 811 would deem it necessary to cut in to my family's funeral procession. That was just wrong.
Five stars are based on one Tarta employee. Mark driving skills are superb. Very kind and helpful to all his passengers. All other employees could learn from this young gentle man. Besides that tarta bus station downtown are very dirty and some of the Tarta employees are very surly. Thank you Mark for your patronage. Number two bus drive A-1.
Why is tarts recieving more than one star? Let me tell you guys a true story about theses devils. Middle age black female driver, had a nice blind middle aged black male passenger. She refused to let him off of his designation stop. He was let off else where was unable to navigate extended route home. She gave him attitude, she was visible agitated. All she has to do all day is sit and drive. How hard is that. You never know when you will need a stranger to help you or just be kind to you. Treat people the way you wanna be treated. Government employees seem to have different standards of how to treat people. Dissinfranshised deserves to be treated to compassion and humanity. No one person is better then another.
