Tasty Tacos, Columbus OH

Absolutely delicious!

I had been looking for a good, authentic Mexican sit-down restaurant in Columbus for some time, and I've finally found it in Tasty Tacos.

It's an inconspicuous location, but the food and service punch WAY above their weight.
This restaurant feels like a 10+ year location; I was shocked to learn that they've only been around for a year.

Overall- great dishes, great salsas, and our server Monica was wonderful. It's a hidden gem that shouldn't be hidden.

The service was fantastic; the food was fresh and on point! Great flavor! I definitely will be returning ️

Edit: returned to restaurant. Cuidado! The prices on the menu do not always match those on the bill! Ended up paying more than I expected and I was not happy about that. (Ex. Fajitas were $18-NOT $12, side of Guac 3.50 when expected to pay 2.00). The staff did think to tell me while I was ordering. Grabbed a to go order in a hurry. Staff were so friendly and personable. The food was soo delicious and big portions

Good food, but unfortunately they are not an honest business. They charged my card for my meal, as well as someone else’s. They told me they had reversed it immediately, but that was not the case. I had to close my account and I’m still working with the fraud department to get my money back.

I love this place soo much! Best food around and I love the atmosphere, soo chill! Monica is the sweetest, totally authentic and I wish more people knew it about this place its just so tucked away. If you read this you should TOTALLY try it!

As a food truck owner and supporter of small business, I feel like I must tell everyone how absolutely amazing this place is. You’ll first be greeted by a beautiful young lady named Monica, who will offer you amazing service. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, with nice decor. Didn’t look at menu bc I always order the same thing and was blown away how TRULY AUTHENTIC the food is.
I examined my torta and immediately new it was done correctly by melting my cheese into the toasted bread. Chicken was marinated and tenderized perfectly. Don’t fe fooled by places stating there authenticity, this place is real deal. Will be going back weekly.

Great place/ food, wonderful staff and owners, we chat with each time. Offers have unique flare, but menu doesn’t highlight enough so chat with server. Our work team meets there often and some are foodies, all rate highly. Good prices.

This place was awesome. Food was great and they accommodated an order of 60 tacos and 5 tortas with no problem. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic food! Unexpectedly fresh take on some classics, but well worth the trip! You will not be disappointed in the food!

First time trying this place. It was actually very good.

Usually I have the best meal ever here. Today I decided to get my usual nachos deluxe and they were poorly made. I usually check my order before I leave but this time I had faith because I’ve always had great experiences. I had a whole bunch of chips in my nachos and barely any toppings. I had a few nachos and the remainder I was just eating a lot of tortilla chips. Definitely not happy with this experience which is really rare.

These tacos are the most flavorful and "tasty" I've ever had. I just wish I lived near here to come for often! Staff is great!

I'm very picky when it comes to where and what to eat. This restaurant is one of the best place in Columbus Ohio to dine. The food is fresh and very tasty. Took my husband and his best friend out for dinner and they loved it. The staffs are awesome, friendly and professional. Come here for excellent Mexican food

Just in town for a few days wanting some tacos and found this place online and omg so good. I just had a couple tacos and some guacamole and it was so fresh. If you’re lucky enough to have the very sweet and beautiful Monica serve you then your service will be as great as the food. But wait at the end I was thinking dessert but then I found out they make their own Hochata so took a cup to go and it was better than dessert. I’m only in town for 4 days but I plan to return at least two more times before I leave. You have to go try this hidden gem or you will miss out, and if you’re a local then you are loco if you don’t go try it

Delicious food and friendly staff! I truly haven’t tried anything on the menu that I do not like everything is soo good!
