I was at work and my daughter told me there was a water leak that a pipe was broke and it was spraying water everywhere I immediately called Tate Monroe water told them of the situation and they assured me they would send someone out to turn off the water for me this was around 2 oclock when I got home at 6 oclock the water was still running all over the place causing more damage then I already had had this is a result of only 1 water company thanks for nothing I agree with the other review s they can't wait to shut off the water one day late and it's off

Not a fan. Wish there were other options. Policies suck. Not friendly at all.

Paying the bill is so hard and roundabout that it makes u not want to pay it. But if u miss the due date by one day they shut u off

We have no option but to use their services & we just moved into our house where they shut off the water without notifying us first because we were told by the previous owners that our home went through a different company. We have two young children & they kept telling us they couldn’t come out to turn the water back on until the next morning IF we called as soon as they opened. The service technician & manager repeatedly told us “there was nothing they could do” because it was “company policy” now they are trying to charge us an extra $100 for turning out water on saying it’s “company policy”. All this is happening during a global pandemic & the employees of this company are rude as well as unhelpful. I would give 0 starts if possible.

I had an amazing experience! We just bought a house and needed the water turned on. One of the guys came out to our house while neither my husband or I were home. He noticed the meter just kept running. He called my husband and said that he thought maybe a faucet was left on. I went over right away. He waited for me to get there which was about 20 mins. I went in to see what was going on and our master bathtub use 3 inches from over flowing! This could have been the biggest disaster! We only go over on the weekend to move stuff from our current house. So you can imagine what we would have walked into on Saturday if he wouldn’t have watched it and recognized something wasn’t right.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for stay and having the knowledge something was wrong! You saved us thousands and a whole lot of stress and heartache! Thank you so very much!
