2 stars because the guy was really nice And the experience was good. However, after a few days my helix was still painful. I ended up stopping in somewhere closer to home to have them look at the piercing and was informed it was put on too tightly and the wrong jewelry was used for a helix piercing. Thankfully, the piercing hole itself was done okay, so they just switched the jewelry. I was also told at Tattoo Tech I could switch the jewelry in 3 weeks, this new place informed me I needed to wait a minimum of 6 months. Just a heads up for anyone who wants something other than a lobe done.

I brought my teenagers for piercings. Clean and comfortable. I will be back.

The only reason I am giving them two Stars is because everyone is very down to earth. They are never open during posted business hours, the piercer seems to always be "out of the office" I had stopped by 13 different times to try to give them business before going to a competitor. They pierced my daughter's ear, twice and didn't say a single thing. We found out after it got infected. Not sure what's going on, but maybe they specialize in tattoos.
