Service dept.is horrible. Car is still under warranty and will not start. The soonest appointment is TEN days away! They won't give a rental until they look at it. Car is under warranty and I'm out a car for at least 10 days until they can be bothered to do anything. Taking it elsewhere. I can't be without it for 10 days with no other mode of transportation. After this I won't shop there again.

James Siebert is the best salesman they have hands down he took his time and reassured me every step to get me the best deal and car for me keeping my budget in mind while doing all he can on his end never once was it forceful like most car salesman do. I would definitely recommend HIM to anyone who's needs a car or thinking about getting one. Thank you for all you help and patience I greatly appreciate it and I love my car️️

James was by far the best car salesman I’ve delt with. He showed me numerous cars and explored all of my options with me. He was able to negotiate my car payment down and I couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely be sending my friends his way if they need a car!

Was a good/excellent and friendly sales person who took care of me josh (coach) did everything possible so i can get my car and answered all my questions. So i would definitely refer my family and friends to him.

I had an engine defect and this Kia dealership was the closest service department to do my repairs. They completed the engine replacement in about ten days. I wasn’t trippin. However, now my key fob doesn’t work for my push to start sometimes. It’s like the car dies and then reboots. Mirrors, radio, temp settings…I have to put my key in my armrest and open and shut the door a few times for it to start. When I called about it, of course they wanted me to bring it in AGAIN. The customer service is great nonetheless.

We were planning on getting a new car after the new year, but the breaks started grinding and the last thing I wanted to do was sink a thousand dollars or more into a car we were planning on getting rid of anyway. We went to Taylor Kia because both my brother and multiple coworkers had good experiences there. James Seibert was the sales consultant we dealt with and he was excellent. We had a few odd issues (ours not the dealerships), but he got everything figured out and we left with the first brand new car my mom has ever had. I would definitely recommend James for anyone looking for a no pressure experience.

Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle at Taylor Kia of Toledo today. I was relaxed and comfortable, even shared a few laughs with my salesman Coach. He had answers to all my questions, whether I asked them or not, and he was very genuine about trying to make the price fit my family’s budget. We certainly didn’t make it easy for him. We are very excited to use all the new features our vehicle has to offer.

My track record with dealerships have never been good ones this is the third time that taylor kia has gone above and beyond a no hassle sales staff and a service department that should be modeled after i thank josh lucas and the rest of the staff

Loved my experience. I went in with a budget in mind and had to stick to it and Chris was outstanding on explaining my options and answering my questions. Never once did I feel like I was talking to a "car salesman" but conversing with real people! Definitely will be referring friends to Taylor Kia.

Just as a public service announcement in case anyone is in the market for a Kia-
My husband and I were considering a Telluride. Test drove one at Taylor Kia and sat down to start the purchase - and was then told they are up charging by 33% on the MSRP. I understand the shortages but I am shocked that this is allowed. We did our research and discovered other dealers are not doing this. There are other Kia dealerships that are not doing this, and if they are, it’s a $3000 up charge and not a $16000 one. Celebration Kia near Columbus is selling at MSRP with no extra charge.
Our current car was purchased from a Taylor lot, but i think we are done. Apparently, Steve Taylor didn’t really want to see us in a Kia.

My experience was great. James was patient and took the time that was needed to put me in a vehicle that was affordable and the luxury that I ask for. I work 10 to 12 hrs daily and with the winter months coming he put me in a vehicle where I can be safe and be at work every day. James goes the extra mile to do for the people as if we were his family.

Everyone we contacted was Top Notch! Came in to just look at options and Brock Rieger took us in and treated us like family. He went to bat for and we drove away in a new car with way less than anticipated. Best experience ever will recommend his services to anyone else looking to buy a car.

I went into Taylor Kia to get a service done on my car, and made a last minute decision to trade it in! Josh (coach) was AMAZING! He was honest with me from start to finish, and had me laughing the entire time! I ended up with a new 2022 Kia K5. I absolutely love it!
