I was looking at getting a new vehicle and was severly misled. Sales person wasted my time by lying and would rather "text" than speak over the phone. Very disappointed with how my expierence was.

I don't care what anyone says about Taylor kia of Boardman that place was worth it of working there Matt, Mike, April, and everybody there you keep that business running like it's your pride and joy you all there are the most coolest people an employee can every meet i really want to work with again all seriousness you guys were there best if you got another open position for lot attendant you let me know ASAP cause i learned my lesson and i'm ready to come back with you guys. The service I received there was exceptional! The staff was friendly and very courteous. My vehicle needed to stay overnight for repairs and they made sure that I had a very nice replacement to drive. They go above and beyond for their customers!

This dealership has shady salesmen! THEY RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. It's a shame because I'm sure they pride themselves on being good to their customers, but that is not the case!

I went to Taylor Kia of Boardman on March 28 to get some info about their sales. They were advertising 10K over KBB fair market value. Of course, they were conveniently out of the qualifying cars.

I wanted to look at a Forte anyway and met with salesman JIMMY PAUMIER. He said he would be able to estimate an almost-exact payment for me just by providing my info, but that he would not have to run my credit since I was just number shopping. He printed out a paper and asked my husband and me to sign it. My husband told him again we didn't want our credit ran and he said he wasn't going to. He said the papers were just to "confirm our identities" and make sure we are who said we are. We signed, got our estimate and left.

That night my husband and I were going through our finances to decide about a down payment and found out that Jimmy had ran BOTH of our credit and that we both had a hard inquiry from Taylor Kia of Boardman! He lied directly to our faces.

I called Jimmy the next day to confront him and he said he was not liable because he had our signed paperwork. I told him that he lied about what we were signing and that it is considered dishonest business practice to lie to get someone to sign a paper. JIMMY IS A CROOK.

I will be contacting the BBB about their illegal business practices at Taylor Kia of Boardman AND make sure that my family, all whom are bankers in the area, lets their clients know not to give any business to them!

I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage last July from Jeremy Vega. Process was super easy, super fast and everyone was super friendly. Should have reviewed awhile ago except I forgot until yesterday when I was in Pittsburgh and something metal pierced my tire. Because he sold me the road hazard on my vehicle, a day that could have cost me well over $300 cost me not a penny. Thank god for him and his attention to selling a value extra service on the car. The service department was also extremely attentive and easy to work with and they made sure my tire was replaced with new tire since my vehicle has low miles. Definitely highly recommend seeing Jeremy for your next vehicle purchase!

The sales department was wonderful.

The paperwork handling by the back office concerning registration and refund was NOT.

The Pennsylvania vehicle registration took more than 45 days to be processed which caused the temp tag to expire. Taylor Kia sent me a dealer plate with a postage paid return envelope to cover the gap. That was great, except there wasn't enough postage on it and the balance came out of my pocket.

The refund check for over-payment of the vehicle we traded in took almost a month to be sent to us. The envelope it came in also contained the refund check for one of their other customers. I reached out to Taylor Kia and they asked if I could send the check for the other party back. I did, at my expense of time and a stamp.

I filled out the questionnaire from Taylor Kia that landed in my email shortly after our purchase with the same information contained in this review. I have not heard back.

Don't do business with boardmen Taylor Kia one they make there employes pay for all mistakes yes a multi million company makes there employers eat any cost of a mistake they also won't let us tell you anything's wrong with ur car if it's under warranty they sell cars for way over the price u should pay dont put good tires on used cars tell you that you need things you don't to get sales the list goes on and on take it from me I work there tom will be my last day so please don't wast ur hard earned momeon these crooks

Didn't buy a car here but the salesman was extremely nice and professional. Also he was very friendly and straight to the point. Who doesn't love free hotdogs and cookies? (Even though I chose not to indulge).

Didn't enjoy my experience.felt I was pushed and the vehicle was over priced.they were unwilling to negotiate and were very pushy and abrasive about my questions regarding the condition of the vehicle

Service was very good. Waiting area comfortable. My car was serviced in a timely manner and is driving well with new tires and alignment. Thank you for resetting outside thermometer. Car washed and looking good.

After telling my sales rep to not try to rip me off April Johnson tried her hardest to do so!
High pressure sales tactics, financing shot gunned my credit running it thru 15 banks which was after I told April Baker or Johnson I wasn’t interested in paying $491 a month for a 3 year old Jeep.
Needless to say I won’t be back to Kia of boardman ever in my life.

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Kia Sorento and this will be our first and last time. If I could I would give Taylor Kia of Boardman no stars. The day we purchased the car we was in there for 6hrs with our sales man Terry Tringhese. After coming up with a deal we went outside and come find out he sold us the wrong car. He did make it right by giving us the correct one but how the finance guy who handle our paper work was rude. When we was doing our paper work they said we had to pay more money for maintenance for the car. I was so upset because this is something that should had been said part of selling the car. After leaving I thought everything would be ok, But on our way back home (which is Georgia), My husband and I was pulled over by the police. He asked for our registration, but the registration we gave him did not mach the vin number of the car we was in. I was so upset and scared because the police officer thought we have stolen the car. My husband had to explain to him that we was the owner of the car, the only reason he let us go because my husband and I showed him our military Id. After getting home we called Taylor they did mail us the correct registration and tags. But to go through that experience was humiliating. Then Dec came around before we left they said they was going to mail out permanent tags but we never received them. So my husband called them up and our sales man Terry told us that they had register our car for Ohio. We was so up because we never told them we lived in ohio. All the information we gave them was for Georgia. He mad us call our insurance company which in terms told us that we have GA insurance. So we had to park our car because on the Millitary base we are not able to drive with expired tags. Taylor did send us one of their plates to use temporary until we got ours how we had to keep calling them in order to get our plates is the only reason why we got them because we set up a case to dispute the situation. Day one before signing the paper I told our salesman an the financial guy that the due of the 10th was not good for us. They told me the only thing I had to do is call Kia Finance and they will change it. I called them and they said they was not able to change the due date and on top of that starting April they will charge a fee to process the payment if ur not set up on auto-pay. Part of our agreement we told our sales man Terry we wanted to be able to take our vehicle to any Kia to get it serviced like oil changes and he said that we could but now I'm come to find out that the only way we can get an oil change is in Ohio with just their dealership. The only thing my husband and I want to do now is return the vehicle because of all the problems and we are still getting punished. They said we had to pay a lot of money in order to return their car even though they screwed up from day one. So if u want to have a great experience in a nice car I will go to Toyota in Warren and never go to Kia. Toyota is very nice about treating thier customer like family. Unlike Kia who's a bunch of crooks that just want to take your money and you deal with all the issues later.
