Excellent experience. Staff was organized, responsive, and professional. All of the paperwork was completed prior to arrival and procedure started on time. The physician, nurses, anesthesia, and registration staff made me feel safe and comfortable.

I had my first medical procedure ever on January 25, it was a colonoscopy. Everyone was friendly, informative, and professional. All questions I had were answered. The whole staff was wonderful to work with. Dr. Madavan was the best. Thanks again, would definitely recommend.

I went Monday January 25 for a colonoscopy. The registration from the beginning I walked in the door was friendly and easy. Called to the back very quickly. The nurses were nice and knew what they were doing. I was comfortable until the time for my procedure. I felt they made it easy and quick for me. I liked it I didn't have to go into the hospital. I would go there again! Thank You!

The staff were very professional and careful to guard my privacy. They kept me up-to-date on what to expect and when to expect it, and they were very timely. My surgery went well, and I was resting comfortably at home when the blizzard hit! Definitely 5 stars!

HIGH level of administrative efficiency & personal kindness by staff from the front office to the nursing staff to each of the doctors. Plenty of time for questions; everything well explained.

I recently had surgery here 2 weeks ago. Every person was great starting with Lisa in registration, Paula who did my intake, Dr. Vara, Tricia, Stacey, Jessica, and the rest of the staff who made everything go smoothly and as easily as possible.

Nicole, Cindy, Lisa, Robin, Dr. K, Katy and Dr. Paty made an uncomfortable procedure so easy, quick and comfortable.as I was a member of their family. I would recommend this location to anyone. The place is clean, everyone was so pleasant, and they all were very professional yet they all had fun doing their jobs. Thanks everyone!

Hard to rate this place. If you have a PPO insurance, this is a clean and professional facility that did a good job on my wife's minor surgery and it may be for you. If you are on a high deductible insurance, I do not recommend this place as their rates are not transparent, nor reasonable (legal, yes, but not reasonable). We called their front desk about the cost to have a sebaceous cyst removed from my wife's back and asked for the cost to us to have this done. They told us $995 (with no other caveats or warnings). The following day, after she fasted and prepped herself for the surgery, and I took a day off work to bring her in, we find out at the desk as we are signing papers, that it is now double that cost, but we are only paying $995 today. That is not what we asked on the phone. We were not happy about this, but signed it because we had already come this far, and hoped that maybe our insurance might bear some of the cost, but also worried that they very well might not. I started looking online at reasonable costs for this procedure and this was the highest that I had seen. After my wife went in to surgery, I went to go ask, WHY we were not advised of this. At this point, I find out that not only will this be double the cost we were quoted, but on top of it, we should also expect to receive other costs from the surgeon himself and the anesthesiologist, as well as testing, etc. And on top of it, there is no way to know what that will cost. Long story short, what was quoted as $995, turned out to be slightly over $3000, completely out of pocket by us, and they defended their practice by saying that the government allows them to charge this and do this by Medicare (or maybe Medicaid) maximum rates. Two stars is my experience, because it's not only about a successful surgery, which in hindsight we would have liked to have seen done in the office, not the surgical center (given the outlandish cost for an hour and fifteen minute procedure), but they had multiple opportunities for transparency and perhaps an ounce of human compassion, but for me this is medical big business at it's worst.

Facility is Great, all nurses and Dr Sams made everything possible I felt well. Care given to me was just A+. Thanks to Everyone.

Friendly and Excellent staff - inviting and caring personnel who make the who experience worthwhile. Nicole, Kourtney, Tiricia, Misty, Anita, Annette and Deb took great care of me for my procedure. Dr. Keith was great.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE A FEW TIMES. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. YESTERDAY THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST SAID WELCOME BACK. I HOPE NOT TO BE BACK BUT IF NECESSARY IT WILL BE THERE AS IT IS AN EXCELLANT SURGERY CENTER EVERYTHING A PATIENT COULD ASK FOR

My experience was GREAT! The staff was very friendly, relaxed (not uptight). The facility was very clean. Before Dr. Vara was finished I felt I knew them as "old friends". I'd been there for similar procedure in 2013 and thought that was very nice, but this time was even better. I asked if I could come back again soon? (Just kidding!). Keep up the good work! Very professional and considerate in all aspects of the procedure. Great medical staff in a pleasant and clean environment.

This was my first experience with the Surgical Center. I would highly recommend this center. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Bailey was running behind and my wait was very long, but the entire staff was apologetic, including the doctor. Tricia was my nurse and was very kind and I was treated with respect. I loved that she brought me WARM blankets when I was cold. Chris was at the front desk and was very friendly. Lisa C cared for me after my procedure and she answered my questions and was very kind. This center was very clean, too! I don't usually write lengthy reviews, but this center deserves positive recognition.
