Careful Preston Feilds pretends to still be a landlord to properties he doesn't own Stacy Blankenship has also been recognized as a partner in alot of wrongful evictions. Note Preston and Stacy are only board members they are not landlords
No knows what's going on. Nor do they contact you back on time. I would not recommend them
Their a decent rental company they will work with you in times of need long as your not just feeding them bs. I appreciate them for sure. Nowhere would rent to me an they gave me the chance to make a home an try to start a family when noone else would
They have fixed everything i have asked during my move let me get in faster bc i wanted to move
A very racist company! Never responded to messages. I saw a listing tried to schedule a viewing, they kept texting me saying give them a few minutes. Then the next few days they said all their properties where gone.
They rent business offices to but their app is only for houses. Makes everything confusing. NEXT.

This is a great family local business. They have the nicest homes in Marion, by far. Trust me, i had bad experiences renting from others previously. Save your time and money and go with these guys.
