I called to make an appointment and let the person know that I had 25 vents between 2 furnaces, I was quoted $349 for the 25 vents. When the technician arrived, I was told that even though it was still the same number of vents, because it was 2 furnaces it would be $600, almost twice the price. I ABSOLUTELY told them on the phone I had 2 furnaces and they were completely unwilling to honor their original quote or even knock one dollar off their normal $600 price. Guy I spoke to on the phone could not have cared less even though it was their mistake.

We used Teasdale Fenton to help us after a burst pipe led to a flood in our kitchen. Aiden and his team were very professional and helpful, and they always kept us informed in the process. We have used this company for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning in the past, and would go to them again if, God forbid, another disaster occurs that needs cleanup and restoration.

Ryan was professional and on time. He cleaned our 25 air ducts, dryer vent, and sealed rust in two of our vents and it was $520. He did a great job and was very thorough. Would highly recommend.

Dan came and gave us a quick estimate for cleaning our office building and scheduled at our convenience so as not to disrupt service. They did a wonderful job with spots and stains (lots of foot traffic, kids and messy art projects!) and the carpet looks and smells great while I have the assurance it is safe and sanitized. We would certainly use this company again!
