Amazing service! I had a camera lens replace on my iPhone and they were able to do it in less than an hour for half the price everyone else was quoting. The took the time to help answer other questions I had without making me feel dumb. This is the place to go for good quality honest repairs at a decent price. Thanks again.

Tech By Mr. S is nothing like formal PC knights. It is ran by DISHONEST employees. I came to get new phone cameras and motor replaced on my iPhone. The tech who worked on my phone said he REPLACED the camera and motor combo. When I picked up the phone the lady checking me out showed me “my old part”. I left the store and an hour later this circle cover came off my phone exposing the camera lens. When it was exposed you can see the tech just pulled off the glass and glued caps on to the camera. I am flabbergasted that a place that was built from honesty and great repairs from a woman and husband pair can be destroyed in less than a month of new owner ship. DO NOT TRUST THESE REPAIRS. *note: I did get my money back for the repairs not completed. The person running the front end did apologize.

Took my 13 year old very slow laptop to see if it could be fixed. A new hard drive fixed the problem and it works like it's brand new! The staff was very friendly and professional! This was 10x cheaper then buying a new laptop. I will be going back with my other devices. Happy customer!

Went to them yesterday to have the charging port replaced and they got it to work again but during the rebuild they messed up the SIM card holder placement and I no longer have cell service at all. Costing me a hundred dollars and now I have to get a new phone.very disappointed, DO NOT GO HERE.

Mr. S technicians were polite, professional, courteous and knowledgable. They were able to fix my iPad on the same day all while the cost was lower than anywhere else! It's been a few months and my iPad is still running like new. I would highly recommend to others and will continue to use them for any of my tech troubles.

Terrible service, all I needed was for them to tell me whether my motherboard was broken or not, getting to that point took: 2 weeks in time, 3 phone calls where they lied about calling me back, 4 missed dates where they said they would start, and one very stressful experience. At the end all they had to say was that they “think” it’s the motherboard, really? What tipped you off? Overall this was an awful experience that I will never return to repeat

When Ashley answered the phone, all I had to do was tell her my name and she knew exactly why I was calling and gave me a timeframe on when I could pick up my laptop. After the frustrating phone calls I had made to the bank and the car dealership prior to calling PC Knights, I was so happy to speak to someone who knew their job!
