I came in and made a purchase the other day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Travis was able to entertain all of my questions that I had and I felt more confident after his walkthroughs and explanations!

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT buy any used equipment from Ted's pawn. I bought a edger and it broke after two weeks and was told basically "good luck with that". After I shared my experience with friends I was told what I didn't know.they guns don't work either. "how do they test those". All the money I spent with them.not another dime. So save yours

The worst part is they told me to "take it to a repair shop". (so more cash on this). I say ill bring it back and you can go to any shop you want. "no we won't do that"
So they WONT DO the exact same thing they want me to do

Next time I'll spend the extra cash in the beginning and get a new one. From responsible sellers

I've bought a few guns here over the last couple of years. Friendly and great service. The selection being viewable online is a big bonus on convenience.

I highly recommend this shop, at least on the gun side, as that is my experience. Staff was very professional and friendly despite being in a form of modified lockdown in the state. I will definately buy items from them multiple times in the future.

Ordered a shotgun off Armslist, great service, great price, did everything he claimed. I sent an official USPS Money order, so had to trust him, and was not disappointed. I will definitely shop here again, prices are great as well.

Bad, bad people. Do not buy or sell anything here. If you made the mistake of dealing with these people and have had a negative experience don't hesitate. Leave negative feed back publicly. Together we can make a difference.

I was looking to buy a rifle couldnt find it anywhere but guess what teds had it walked in was greeted by 2 people they asked if i need help they answered every question very nice and helpful knew alot about rifles so i bought it good price great help i will b back. For sure thanks teds pawn for all the help

A 3 day wait on all firearms? What are they communists? I have an Ohio ccw and don't ever require a background check lol.

A very good place to go if your white they seem to not care for African American business still a bunch of racist they will deny your next visit if you ask to see your items before signing disclosure! And also they do not keep customers confidential information they will display your personal information online just horrible people not worthy of trust

Ted's has a wonderful inventory (I purchased a handgun and, for my wife, a designer purse) and the staff is quite knowledgeable and helpful. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Cincy so we can shop Ted's again. Would highly recommend.

You can get instruments here and other items that maybe more expensive in commercial store chains

Teds had a bow i wanted, so we worked out the details over the phone, (they sent a lot of pics and answered all my question) just gotta say that they were very professional in handling the process.it was a longbow and when i received it i was suppressed how well they packaged it up.thanks guys awsome job

First time I have ordered a firearm online so wasn't sure how it would go. But they answered all my questions and told me exactly what I needed to do. They were very helpful and texted me several times to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a firearm through Ted's pawn that was difficult to find to say the least! I can say from the moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. The emphasis that the associates placed on my customer satisfaction cannot be overstated! In the end, I walked out with a great experience, excellent firearm, no hassle, and all at a price that couldn't be beat from a family owned business!

Honestly my 1st impression would have gave this place a good 4 stars. They have a great selection of music related products, many tools that didn't seem too bad, and a great corner of firearms. I got so excited to see a few muzzle loaders and a few small. 22 rifles. I was looking for a 10-22 used for a refinishing project as a gift to my sole mate. They had 3 10-22s at the time, and 1 of them fit the description of what I needed (every other place I checked was sold out, or had none). Sure it was beat up and a little rusty, but the action was good with a clean barrel. Even came with a scope and see through rings at a really good price. So I say that this was the one I wanted. Well it was Saturday, and they stop selling firearms at 2.it was 2: 02. Denied the sale. So because of their 3 day waiting period, I couldn't even come in the week after due to a vacation.
So fast forward after that vacation, and I arrive again and amazingly it was still there (I should have smelt something fishy). So Now I go up to check it again and basically say the same thing. Now I'm filling out the 4473, and As I was probably 3/4 done, they come up to say that they don't sell to people under the age of 21. As you can imagine I wasn't happy. So not only there is a waiting time, but age discrimination? They had no sign at that time that stated that. So I though it ended there. I went to Armslist for another gun to work on, and BOOM. There is a lot of Ted's guns plastered all over. Even in their description they conveniently forgot to mention they do not sell firearms to persons under the age of 21. I saw some guns I most definitely would have got, but would have been denied anyway. I would not have put this review here, but with the light of recent politics, it got hard to hold my tongue about this. I strongly suggest shopping somewhere else for everything. Even as a gun nut, I'll say no to that beautiful Ruger New Army cap and ball revolver when I do finally turn 21. I was even okay with the 3 day wait, but that age policy prevents the sale. So that's why they had so many nice guns. It's because they cannot sell them from their poor policy choices. Long review, had high hopes, but it should capture my experience pretty well. I sure hope everyone else reads this to avoid an genuine experience that was as bad as mine.
