7Kristoff Young was a delight to work with, but I am disappointed that he handed me a black ink pen to sign the documents after we talked about the importance of signing in blue ink. I even asked him if the pen was blue ink and he said yes. Cannot award five stars.
Just one Question
why when i get a 10,000 loan i do not need a saving account in my name
but when i get a 4,000 loan i need a savings account in my name?
The Reynoldsburg branch of Telhio is a nice alternative to the downtown location (hard to access most times it is open). I can almost always get immediate service and everyone seems too have the time to cater to my questions and finance inquires.
Only giving 1 star because it doesn’t have the option for 0. In short, go to another financial institution. Money has disappeared from our business account then reappeared with zero explanation from them. They have returned payroll transactions for absolutely no reason and again, no explanation. In the branch, the majority of their employees are painfully slow at processing the simplest of transactions and have an attitude. We will be taking our all of our business to a more competent institution.
Stay away from this one. They charge for w everything. You'll lose alot of money in over draft fees even when you have over draft protection. Trash place.
This financial institution is a JOKE! Customer service is horrid at best. Tellers don't know the details of certain dealings, but that doesn't stop them from giving you bad information. I have been lied to and had other incidents with this bank until today. Closed all of my accounts and walked away. I would suggest taking a look at other options before putting your money here.
Went to the location on East Broad Saturday to put my wife on my accounts. We were greeted right away in a friendly and professional manner. We waited only a few minutes before someone was able to assist us, and he was simply amazing. Not only was very professional, but knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone!
