My parents heat went out and it was still under warranty. After being told that nobody was available, I googled and found Temp-wise and another company. Jerry called back and was able to squeeze them in as soon as he could. He was able to not only address the heating issue but he also took care of the ineptitude of the installers who wired the thermostat incorrectly. Jerry was amazing and took care of my parents. I would recommend Jerry. He put in two whole systems & duct work & was very neat about the placement in our house. Price very reasonable. Come & finished when he said. Now warm in the winter & cool in the summer for the first time.
