Best sleep. So glad we went to the Flagship store. Professional, friendly and patient. Delivery team gave us the best service.

Deja Jackson was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and personable! Deja anticipated some of our questions and answered them before we could ask! Tina was very helpful as well as all of the other team members in the legacy village store! They really catered to my needs and listened to what I had to say.

The manager was incredibly unfriendly. The sales associate was very kind and tried to make up for the overall rudeness of her manager. I drove from Akron to see the larger selection. What a mistake and waste of time. I felt like she was annoyed by any question I had. We have three of your mattresses and for price expect much more.

I could write at considerable length about my mattress-selection saga. I spent months considering different options, and I visited many, many different stores. This was by far the best, and the only one where neither the company nor the employees seemed to be pushing me into a purchase, or repeating highly-suspect marketing claims. The layout and general upkeep of the store was also leagues ahead of any of the others; it resembles nothing so much as an Apple Store. Competing stores felt more like warehouses at best. The place was immaculate.

I’d also like to emphasize the excellent staff. I worked most closely with Deja, who was very patient with my indecision and provided clear, objective information, free of any hard selling. I also spoke with Joe and Micaella (visiting from the Columbus location), both of whom were just as friendly, welcoming, and personable.

Tempur has a distinctive feel, and not everyone is going to enjoy it. It’s also, being honest, about as expensive as any mattress can be without going to the hyper-luxury brands like Duxiana or Hästens. But I *can* guarantee that you won’t regret at least visiting this store. In the desert of mattress shopping, this store will at the very least provide a refreshing oasis of actual human decency, which is about the highest praise of which I can think.

First time at this store and the lady was very helpful. She was able to answer my questions about the differences of Tempur-Pedic bed and the other beds that claim to have a goodnight sleep. We were able to try lying down on it with a special cloth material for the pillow and on one side of the bed. The first one was very comfortable as I felt the bed rising to support every joint firmly. Then I tried the softer version and it was way too soft and then I tried the cooling and it was just not the same as the 1st one. Definitely will be back with my husband.

Kayla was amazing! She was very thorough and answered all questions we had. She was polite and welcomed us in warmly. We will be keeping in contact just because of her. Thanks Kayla!

Deja was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us figure out which pillows worked best for us and helped us with ordering sheets. She went above and beyond with taking our information to call us at a later time regarding pillowcases. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

I worked with Micaella, she was extremely insightful. Came in looking at just a mattress left with base and pillows also. She was so friendly, smiled Alot and made this so much easier than we thought it would be.
