They have recently updated interiors including stainless steel appliances and carpeting, and a new clubhouse. The staff is warm and friendly and happy to answer all your questions and concerns. They are great!

Management is very professional and kind. Answered all questions asked without hesitation.

Beautiful clubhouse and plenty of parking. Friendly residents and plenty of food and shopping near by.

Staff is always helpful and quick with anything I need. Always greet me when I walk in the office. My apartment is newly renovated and I love my patio space.

What I loved the most about my experience was that the building was clean, nice, updated appliances, good general design and floor plans. The very best part was that there was no hidden fees and Jon made me feel very comfortable looking at numerous places. He was very matter of fact in helping you find the right place, but wasn't pushy and didn't badger me like a lot of the other places I visited in this area, very professional. He feels like a good guy just trying to help ya out.

10/10 Experience. Plus they have an excellent workout facility that really has excellent machines for legs, press, and extensions.

Looking to move to the area, and thought i’d check it out! The place seemed super nice and kept up and all the staff was super friendly! Shout out to jonathon for going the extra mile!

I moved into Ten31 in December of 2022. I moved into a 1 bedroom, 1 bath second floor unit. After fees, it was $1,315 per month. My unit was nice, the only real issue at the time was paying for amenities that were not usable: the fitness center is only accessible when the leasing office is open. I work a 9-5 so when I am off work, the leasing office is closed, and I could not use the gym at all.
Then, over summer, the pool was not open until August. They said it was because they needed a lifeguard. Then, the lifeguard was only available 3 days a week for 8 hours which really limited any time to use the pool.
On August 3, my building caught on fire and eventually was condemned. The fire report states that the fire was caused by a construction deficiency at the electrical meter box on the back of one of the buildings. On the day of the fire, while I was wearing pajamas still and slippers and my unit was actively burning, they had me re-sign a lease for a “new & renovated” unit that they did not let me see beforehand. I was obviously in shock and just signed the lease.
When I was able to get into the unit a couple of days later, it was clearly not move in ready. It had obviously not been cleaned, it smelled like cat urine, there were tools in there from maintenance, the shower curtain rod was not secured properly, the screen door was broken, there were holes in the wall where outlet covers should have been. The mailbox key they gave me did not open my mailbox.
Not to mention, the unit they put me in had a direct view of the site where my apartment had just burned down days before.
When I ran the dishwasher the first time, it leaked. The seal was completely gone. Maintenance marked this request as “complete, ” but it continued to leak, and I had to put in another request. When I ran the washing machine the first time, it leaked as well.
Then, throughout the summer, my air conditioner would stop working. For example, on Labor Day weekend, I got home, and my apartment was 80 degrees and the air had been running all weekend. My electricity bill for the month ended up being $170 for a 675 sq ft apartment. The dates I had to request maintenance look at my air conditioning: August 10, August 17, September 4, September 22, September 25, September 26.
The unit they put me in was a first-floor unit. There was clearly a gap between the floor and the wall where bugs were getting in. Then, one day I was working from home and water from the outside spicket came in through the gap and completely covered my kitchen floor. When I called the office, they had 2 contractors come in and “clean” it up. They had drywall dust all over them, so my apartment was then wet and covered in drywall.
There was also a weeklong period in September where the trash was not picked up and then a day where there were no dumpsters at all.
So, I lost everything I owned in a fire that was caused by ten31’s building, then they put me in a dirty unit with numerous maintenance issues and continued to make me pay my full $1,315 rent.

I love how close these apartments are to everything. You can walk to Whole Foods and Sam’s club.

They have done a okay job with the renovations outside of the terrible washer/dryer unit that will wake up anyone anywhere near your place and make your clothes smell like creek water and the fact that they forgot to paint one of the walls before I moved in.
I’ve had raccoons taking over the gutter and then attic above me for almost two years. I thought it was fixed after the first time i brought it up, but it happened to be because the raccoons had temporarily moved on to somewhere else in the warmer months. It started with feeling like I can’t go onto my balcony at night because something is about a foot above you that freaks out when I go outside, and has now turned into a hole in the side of their building about a foot above my window. Every night you hear them climb up the side of the building and bust through the hole which keeps me up most of the night. Sounds like they’re right above my head. I’ve complained multiple times but the only response is “maintenance order completed. ” No follow up and nothing has been done. I was told about a month ago someone was coming out to take care of it a few days later, and nothing.
The only communication you will receive is a rent increase offer a few days before your lease is up with a notice you have to give 90 days to let them know if you’re leaving. If you call or send a message near the end of the lease, nobody will answer. Beware.

The gym is really nice and maintenance fixes stuff on the first try rather than wasting our time

The office staff is very nice and helpful. Anytime I need anything they are very kind to help me.

Management and maintenance are very kind and quick to respond! Apartments are spacious and comforting.

Been living here for almost a year and love it! They have a Starbucks machine in the office and I stop by there every morning to get coffee. The Manager Jonathon is always so nice when I come in the morning. My place is awesome! Everything is all new and nice! I plan on staying here for awhile till I save up enough to buy a house.

Trash been like this the whole month nothing luxury over here besides the price of rent. Pool opened for a total of two weeks maybe 3

I visited ten 31 living space I love how big and nice the property looked not only did I tour a apartment I met a few nice people but I believe everyone on staff and the property really did a excellent job I would like to thank everyone very nice place and time.
