This company works quickly and has excellent customer service. They fix my laptop and had it running 10 faster. Would definitely recommend using their services.

Purchased a service and tech support program from a big box store, but big box forgot to provide actual service. After stating my dissatisfaction, big box advised me I should find someone local. Thankfully my search brought me to Terkk’s. Shop local folks, Tony and Dave go above and beyond. Hope to have their help for years to come.

I needed to print a few copies and I was told it would be a dollar. After printing them realized that I was in a bind because there were no other places that I could get printouts so he told me it would cost ten dollars. I paid because I had no other choice but I think it was a shady move.

This is a wonderful computer service. They are honest, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. If you are better off to replace your computer rather than having them fix it, they tell you that. I highly recommend that you patronize this small honest business!

Being a former educator for over 30 years, I've worked with IT professionals in numerous states. I've never worked with those as professional and knowledgeable as Tony and Dave. I went to Terkk's to get a 10 year old (dinosaur old in computer years) Toshiba laptop repaired after it stopped working due to Microsoft updates. They were great, they took the time to explain about Microsoft's updates and how they will no longer support older computers. They were very honest and told me they could get it running again but with future updates it will just mess up again, therefore not worth the money. I appreciate the honesty as they very easily could have fixed it and let me go on my way till Microsoft strikes again with the next updates. I will definitely use Terkk's again for any computer needs. Thank you Terkk's for not letting me throw money away!
