Terminix, Middleburg Heights OH

Basically took $1100 from ne. Poor service did not hold up to helping me nor sealed all the cracks. I paid someone to do what they didnt do. I need a nd refund. Called 3 tines and still waiting on someone to call me back. DISAPPOINTED with the lack of service

Kaylee was friendly and on time. She did a great job explaining the process and how we need to handle the situation at our home. I would recommend her to anyone in need.

Tom is always on time, thorough and professional. We have not seen any bugs since services started. Thank you!

We had Justin come out to our houses today, a very professional knowledgeable and courteous employee of Terminix. I would highly recommend them just based on experience that this gentleman had and offered a wide array of suggestions. Don't waste your time with anyone else thank you again Justin

I have the Quarterly Maintenance agreement, they contact me the day before, they contact me the day of and they contact me once service is completed! They are efficient, professional, courteous, do a thorough job.

To call in the afternoon on a Friday, due to seeing two rodent's dead in the trap in the garage, and be able to get a technician here a couple hour's later to get it and replace a new trap.i could not speak more highly about Terminix and the technician, Travis, coming on a Friday evening.

Worth every cent
I always think the extra things you need when you have a home. Is to expensive but for me it is a big help. I hate bugs. I have to give something up because I am on Social security so it's not easy

We have used Terminix for many years and are very pleased with how they keep the bugs away. The technicians are always friendly and take the time to answer any questions we have.

Terminex is a HORRIBLE company. Do not look at these reviews. Look at Yelp and other sites. They are unreliable and then it took me 2-3 hours to try and contact customer service because people don’t show up. They absolutely refuse to let me speak with a manager when I call. I want my money back. I will update my review once they agree to give me my money back AT LEAST. I should have went with a local company. I have never written a bad review before but I feel obligated to share how little this company cares about its customers.
I have never had a company tell me it is impossible to let me speak with a manager to resolve an issue before, but I guess there’s a first time for everything.

I payed for the service, took off work EARLY and sat at home for 3 1/2 hours waiting for someone to show up. Then spent 2-3 hours of my time trying to resolve the issue with “customer service”. Please give me my money back. I do not want anything to do with this company. IF the person didn’t show up to the appointment and customer service had been helpful about the issue, I would have given them better stars. I am waiting for a text for “2 business days” to see if I “qualify” for a refund. I still have yet to speak directly with a manager.

We had an issue with what we thought were flying ants and learned that it wasn’t ants but in fact were termites. The company came out the next day and took care of the problem

The technicians are always very friendly and take the extra time to talk about potential issues and double check problem areas.

Joe, Don and Stephen were our terminex team today— they were so professional, respected our time and privacy, they were efficient, clean and left things as they found them— they wore shoe covers each time they came in and out. Each of them explained what and where they were going and reassured us about the entire process— removal and prevention. They even were patient with our noisy, alert dogs as they came in and out! I would recommend this team highly!

Scheduled an appointment for today (Tuesday, April 27th) and was given a service window of 5 PM through 7 PM. I then proceeded to sit at home, like a chump, for over two hours - only to never have them arrive or even call.

I acknowledge that this may not be the standard for this business, but they gave me absolutely nothing else to go on. If they cannot accomplish something as basic as being on time (or even arriving at all), then I highly doubt they can handle any pest problems.

I gave them two stars as a very small show of faith (I'll give them a chance to give me a discount on service and make up for their failure), but they deserve zero if this is any indication of how they do business.

Thomas who was my exterminator was friendly, kind and courteous. He was on time and did his job very thoroughly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

The customer service is atrocious. I have been on hold for 25 minutes trying to add a service. You'd think they would be more helpful.

Calvin M.is always friendly and professional during visits. He wasn't able to get the back yard the first time due to the gate being locked, but was able to come out the next day. Whenever we have a problem (mainly yellow jackets), Terminex comes out immediately to take care of the problem. We'll worth the money.

Great team at the Middleburg Hts location. Friendly informative service. My 80 year old house has been practically bug free for 3 years thanks to them.

Terrible every time they come in the past year I end up with a whole lot of ants cancelled my service after using them for 14 years

Not that the bug care is necessary bad. But I’ve had a horrible dealing with customer service lately. It’s ticking me off!
Take care of your loyal customers, or I’ll move on!
