The young man that was here was a five star employee! He explained what he was doing and was very polite. When done he explained if bees were still here to call and asked if I had any questions.

Tech was very knowledgeable about products and services. He took the time to answer all of my questions! Update: 3 weeks after appointment I still have ants and cannot get an appointment for anyone to come back plus I still have to pay them. I also found out tech had me sign a contract which I did not know I was signing. He told me to sign in the box to allow them to treat for ants which I signed. He really deceived me. I thought he was an honest person. The Canton Ohio location is a hot mess. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and unethical company in my life. I turned them into the BBB as well. If you use this company you will not get the service as promised. They don't even show up when they schedule without telling you about the appointment. I am beyond frustrated and just sick of the way Terminix treats their customers. Just a shame!

Christopher is a very polite and thorough technician. Before him our technician was excellent also. I am very pleased with our service.

Absolutely horrible service. We paid Terminix to remove squirrels from the ceiling. After a month of them doing nothing but putting squirrel traps outside we requested a refund. In a months time they only came out two times. We have contacted customer service and corporate for a refund and they are giving us the runaround. If I could give 0 stars I would. The contract guarantees that the squirrels would be removed, the area patched and foundation sealed. It has been two months now and they have done none of that. We will never use Terminix again.

This entire company is a joke. They send out a super salesman to quote you 4x the price of what their work should actually cost and destroy you with interest rates if you finance. They got me for almost 5 grand for 6 hours worth of mediocre work.

I had service at my previous address and called to cancel when I moved. The operator convinced me to place my account on hold and I asked that someone from Terminix call me to discuss whether or not we would move forward with using them. At no time was it mentioned during that phone call that the paused service would automatically resume on the next treatment cycle. A few months later I received a text message from a tech telling me they would be out the next day to service my property to which I replied "I canceled this" they asked me to call the office so they wouldn't automatically send a tech. I planned on calling during my lunch break and instead received an email to tell me they serviced my property at 10: 00 AM. I immediately called and was for the first time told my account was automatically restarted and there was nothing they could do. Not only that, the cost for the new service was higher than the past service, without any agreement from me. They entered my property uninvited, spread chemicals outside my home and charged my credit card with no agreement to those charges and in fact a text acknowledgement from me that I didn't want the service. While I realize this is going to go down as a technicality and ultimately I will have to pay the over $170 for something I didn't want or need, the only reason I am leaving this review is in the hopes someone like me reads it and chooses to do business with one of the many smaller caring local companies that do a much better job and care about their customers for the same product and service. This is very unprofessional and dishonest to say the least. Terminix is not customer focused and could care less about meeting your needs or they would have handled my situation differently. My current pest control service does a much better job for less!

The service person was on time, professional, had great communication, and fixed my issue completely. I'm extremely satisfied.

Not reliable won’t give refund when services don’t work just follow up appointments they neglect to show up for and continue to not work. Beyond frustrated wish to go to another company but can’t afford to pay this astronomical amount twice and they won’t refund the service that does t work.
And if the cost isn’t enough all the days off work waiting for no show appointments while being eaten by bugs

My service representative was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in language I could understand. He was very polite and courteous.

The people on the phone were not always helpful, but the service technicians have been very professional and the quality of service has been very good.

Service isn’t working can’t get refund since they provided a service even though it isn’t working coming back out to do again no show no call nothing from them but still no refund is able to be granted. Wish I could have the money to take elsewhere

I am warning anyone do not deal with this company and do not deal with the local office in Canton ~ they are liars, frauds, & thieves who don’t even provide any sort of basic/effective service. My wife called them about a treatment for spiders and without her ever signing up for a contract she was put in one charging a bank card in my name only. I am not on any contract and did not give my permission. What has ensued is 6+ months of a zombie $110 bill with no effective services provided and no response towards rectifying the issue. All they do is lie and basically say screw you. Again, my wife never signed anything, they didn’t care, I never even talked to them and my card gets charged and I asked them to stop, they don’t care. Look at the company track record, a class action lawsuit a year for ineffective products, & fraud and this appears to be their business model. God help you if you ever even call them like my wife did, they will rob you blind with no remorse, & leave you looking for an attorney to try to save you. Put them out of business.

Scheduled them to spray an investment property. Was happy with what sounded like the service I would get. Rescheduled without asking me, called 5 different times to keep my original time, every person told me something different. Original person said nothing needed cleaned out for roaches, they’d put powder in the outlets. One person told me everything needed to be cleaned out and people shouldn’t be home for 3 hours. One person said they’d call tenants to reschedule and took down their number, one person said they can’t do that. Wanted me to reschedule on the phone without asking tenants. Ended up canceling before they even came. Need to teach service representatives to be on the same page and not say different things every time, was very frustrating.

The technician was thorough and took care of my yellowjackets quickly and effectively. They were all eliminated within 3 days.

Had 2 separate appointments and got no showed for both. No call from anyone as to why they didn’t show up. They tried to call technician Randy and “he never answered”. But then they told me that they over booked. Was also told they could price match but was then sent a text with different prices from “Randy”. Called another company. Came out same day.

Our tech was amazing and even complimented how clean and tidy my home was I would definitely recommend their services for any pest issue.

SCAM ALERT! I am appalled with the service and cost this branch of Terminix has charged for services rendered. My stepmother recently contacted them requesting service for bats that were entering her home through the upper soffits where the roof meets the house. The crew of 2 techs arrived and worked a total of 2 hours sealing some of the gaps between the chimney and house along with placing some steel wool type material within the gaps. Total work performed did not take more than 2 hours (1 tech on the roof the other tech handing materials to the working tech) TOTAL PRICE TAG 2300 dollars. I know for a fact materials for this project could not have exceeded 25 dollars. Original estimate was not to exceed 2000 dollars. 2 hours of work for 2300 dollars? Even brain surgeons don't make this kind of money. By the way, the bats are still entering the home and there are other areas that were not sealed. My personal opinion is this service at best should not have cost more than 300 dollars.
