Korey is so attentive to my requests, no matter how outlandish! He does such a wonderful job making sure I am a little more at ease dealing with spiders. No technician has ever been as thoughtful, patient, kind and thorough as Korey is and I appreciate it more than words will ever express.

Came in did their job well when I asked questions they didn’t mind answering. Asked for a follow up they scheduled no questions asked which was amazing. Whoever came in the first time was just a nice guy, felt comfy asking questions without being judged

Cory the tech on this case for my Mother, was the absolute best! Hope he never leaves this company anytime soon, because he’s a very good asset to this company! Very professional and honest. Kudos to Cory.

Do not use Terminx - ever! They are the most dishonest business I have ever had to deal with. For the past few years I have been paying $28.46 a month for pest control, which was very reasonable. Without any warning or notice at all, I got slapped with a $94.38 bill for every month now. That's an increase of $65.92, which is ridiculous. I called and told them I wanted to cancel my service and they said fine, we will send you a notice via e-mail. Instead of cancelling my service, they sent a tech.out to treat my property again while I was not home! Needless to say, I was not a happy camper about this. When I called them back to clear this up, she said oh.that wasn't supposed to happen. I told them I am not paying for him coming out since it was their mistake and today I got a bill in the mail from them for $94.38 which I don't think I should have to pay since they never notified me that my rate was going up and giving me a chance to cancel my service. Stay far away from this company and the best thing to do is to treat your property yourself, which is what I intend to do from now on. Shame on you Terminix!

The technician was professional, courteous and communicated well! Created the value beyond just spraying for pests.

The local Terminix crew working in the Licking county area did a great job addressing a wasp and hornets nest that was difficult to access. Great crew, thorough, I highly recommend them.

When bedbugs were discovered, someone came out the next day to inspect and then we were able to get someone there to treat it within 2 days. The technician who came to treat it was extremely informative and diligent about her work. She eased my mind about the stressful situation and took the most effective plan of action!

I want to make sure my home remains free of any pests. Termites, wasps, fleas, roaches, ants, whatevers. I checked out several companies, took advantage of their free inspections, asked lots of questions, and paid attention to their actions while in my home and on my property. Terminix employees presented as knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. They also offered a written estimate, more extensive services, and a monthly plan that can be incorporated into a household utility budget. Sam the inspector and Keith the technician were both very knowledgeable and skilled, and both said to call if any unwanted critters pop up in my home, as nearly everything is covered. I'm quite satisfied.
