Maintenance here is exceptionally good. They respond quickly to urgent needs and attend to lower priority requests within a day or two.

So happy that I live in the Terraces on the Green. Since I have lived here for 8 years, I have been extremely pleased with the Office Staff and the Maintenace Men.

The grounds and the apartments are very well taken care of! Beautiful place to live nice and quiet! Nice neighborhood close to shopping and golf!

I honestly wish I could leave no stars, this place is a joke. I still currently live here and I feel harassed by the people in the office, they are extremely rude and don’t care about what you say, truly a money driven “ community “ i cannot live here happily or in peace because im constantly being harassed. Along with being harassed I had a fire in my first unit because of the stove they provided, they don’t provide you with a fire extinguisher and i ended up loosing everything. Instead of placing me in another unit I had to wait for mine to be rebuilt and every time i called they kept pushing back they date my unit was supposed to be ready, i had to stay in hotels for 7 months just for them to say that they were just going to put me in a different unit. When the fire occurred they never switched the electricity back into their name like they said they were so i have a $600 bill that they will be paying for! The new unit im also has a broke stove. Also my hot water heater goes out 1-2 a month so I have to call maintenance in to fix it. I also had an issue within the first month of living in my new unit the unit above me flooded and and all came down into mine and caused damage to my dryer. Please spare yourself there are way better places out there that are definitely more worth the $1300 dollars a month! This place absolutely sucks!

I had to move out due to Covid-19 and losing my job. I called and reported this to this office. They were okay with it. 2 years later, they want to send 3,000 in bills to me in collections and hurt me in my future for future residency. These people are scams. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! They pretend to be high quality but they are not. They are thieves.

After spending almost 10 years staying at Terraces, I can attest that it was the right decision and I feel lucky to have chosen to stay here. The office staff was always very attentive to my needs/requests and I never felt like "just a number". The maintenance crew is top notch and anytime I wanted to get an appliance looked at or help changing a vaulted ceiling bulb, they came that day or shortly thereafter. The community is quiet and there is a good chance you will make friends with your neighbors. It is a great community for anyone from young professionals to retirees. I truly believe that others will get the same experience. Thank you!

I was impressed with how well the grounds were maintained - it has an overall high end appearance

Do you think we would refer someone to this apartment complex after raising people's rent 300 to 400 dollars and forcing seniors and others to have to move I don't think so
